I can't say enough good things about this service. Robert and Brent were prompt, courteous, and did outstanding work installing my water softener. They started late, but did not charge me extra for the late hours and they were committed to finishing the project on the first visit so I would not be without water while waiting for the installation to be finished. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and will do in the future.

Chad and Larry Kershener were great! They responded quickly to address my hot water heater repair needs here in Edmond, advised me on options and prices, and showed me how to maintain the new system to prevent future issues. Very happy with the service and would recommend to other homeowners.

After getting the run-around from another local plumber we have used in the past, we decided to call Hull and are very happy that we did. Great company!! We got our hot water on demand replaced by this company and also put in a gas line for a gas stove. The plumbers they sent out were very professional and knowledgeable and got the job done with minimal disruption to my family. We will definitely return to this company for all of our plumbing needs!!

Update 2/28/20: had them come back out for a slow drain. Tech was quick, fast, professional, and informative. I won’t use any other plumber. Ever. Billy was the technician.Plumb Crazy Plumbing is stellar! Kudos especially to Zach Crowell, who showed up, explained to me what he was doing each step of the way, and who saved the day! Plumb Crazy Plumbing came out after two other plumbers had come out. The first quoted me $3,000 worth of repairs! The second did some work replacing a pipe, and only charged me $600. However, they didn't clear the clog causing problems! So Plumb Crazy to the rescue: they cleared the clog, explained to me the condition of my pipes in the backyard, and made suggestions only when I asked what I should do next (rather than try to push unnecessary services on me!). If I need plumbing help ever again, Plumb Crazy will be the first call I make.

Woke up to a blown out hot water tank on New Years Day. Our home warranty company allowed us to use an out of network provider and Zion Services was recommended to us by somebody my wife knows. Called them up, they came right over, worked out the details with my warranty company (not their job) and I was able take a hot shower by the end of the day. I can’t say enough about how great these folks were. I would recommend without any hesitation! Hope you never need a plumber but if you do, this is the company to call!

Extremely knowledgeable and professional

Their driver/plumber was using his cracked phone in heavy rush hour traffic on Western Avenue going 50 mph. Unacceptable to have employees driving with their phone in their hand, looking at their screen. He left his lane because he wasn't paying attention. I was able to snap a photo of him at the next red light with him still fully engrossed in his phone.

Recently moved into a home built in 2017 and little did we know the main sewer line pipe was busted near the entrance to the main city line. Working through American Home Shield (AHS), we had Quality Home Services come out and do an initial clear of the main line pipe, which lead to having to do a camera inspection of the rest of it. They were quick to get the diagnosis complete, but unfortunately due to weather, we were unable to get the repair taken care of right away. After a few weeks when the weather was finally good, and the utility lines were drawn out, they were able to come by and finish the repair in less than 3 hours. It was impressive considering it was about a 12 - 15 ft dig in order to repair the piping, but they were able to gain quick access, swap out the line with very strong PVC, and get everything covered back up.

I’d definitely recommend to anyone who wants quick, efficient, and friendly service.
