Best New Installation in Oklahoma City OK

Replaced our water heater quickly at a good price. Work was professional and the team was very courteous throughout. Explained some of the process to help prevent future problems. When I had a question after hours they responded promptly as well. Highly recommend!

Lance and Brent showed up on time for emergency service to repair my leaking faucet as it was leaking so much water under the cabinet. They showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced and took a look and repaired my dishwasher/garbage disposal because it was also leaking. I’m glad I called EDCO and would recommend to anyone for service!

They repiped my hole house and put in a water heater, plus cleaned my drains. Great job on all it. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone. They are the best in town!

Hull Plumbing came out after hours and fixed our plumbing emergency quickly and professionally. They were here within an hour of our call for help, what an amazing turn around time! The house is old and had been remodeled strangely with the added bathroom so they had to really trouble shoot to figure out how to get to the blockage. We are so happy that they were able to fix everything without having to tear things apart. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jerry came out and started my water heater, same day and did not charge a service fee. This review is to Thank him for his service. he does plumbing and live locally in Moore i will have no hesitation calling him again if there is a plumbing job.

Overpriced service and does not have a warranty when they don't resolve an issue. Will charge you again if asked to complete the original incomplete job. Another company was need in order to complete the job Tipton's was paid to do.

A plumbing tech came out to assess a drainage issue and to clean. He stated he found debris and a broken sewer line. He was at the residence for 30 minutes and charged $331. During the service call, he was told that the issue was not resolved and toilets still did not flush. He said to try it later and left the home. He never verified that the issue was resolved. Paperwork was signed, based on the trust and faith that a professional knew what he was doing and talking about. There was never a time that the issue was resolved. Not during or after he left the residence.

A request was made for a follow up. Over the phone, the tech advised there would not be a charge applied to complete the issue. A new tech came to the residence that had no information or idea about the issue. After his assessment, he quoted another clean-out for $280, or repair for over $600. At this point, another call was made to the company as a complaint about being charged a 2nd time for a job that was never completed after being told over the phone there would not be a charge. The owner proudly boasted that he does not offer a warranty and that is final. After this initial conversation, the company called back to offer another tech to come out to complete the job at no charge. This time, a tech never came out and no call was made to provide a reason. Instead, a call was made back to the company and the owner stated he wanted a written apology before he provided any services because he did not like being questioned about his policies or work.

After Tipton's refused to complete the original job, Wiggly's Plumbing and Heating was called. Their tech came out and had a contradictory assessment. Instead of mud and debris, they found the issue was caused by roots from a large tree. No evidence of a broken sewer line. After completing the job, the tech asked to check sinks, bathtubs, and toilets to verify resolution. The issue was resolved. Wiggly's provided an immediate fix to the issue. They even offered a 30 day warranty and did it all for $100.

Tipton's Plumbing offers no resolution, overcharges, and can't even guarantee their work for a day. The owner is very rude and threatened to call the police when asked to complete a job that had already been paid for. I advised that he would be reported, he bragged about the fact he has gone to court many times before and knows all the judges. It is not a good sign that this owner has been to court so many times over client disputes.

If anyone has any doubts about Rucker Mechanical, let me give you the real low down. I am a facilities manager at a AMF bowling center here in Oklahoma City. Sean Rucker, his father, and all his crew, will make absolutely sure that your business plumbing needs are 100% taken care of.

We had an incident with our sewer that could have potentially shut us down for business, which is a REALLY big deal, Sean and crew came out immediately, and worked very hard to locate, and resolve this issue with a main sewer line collapse we experienced. They worked very fast, accurately, professionally, and didn't quit until the job was done. They saved the day for us!

With Rucker Mechanical, you will find business ethics that are rare with most plumbing companies now a days, they care about you and your business, and won't quit until the job is finished!

his father, and crew, and couldn't recommend them highly enough, they really care, price is very fair, and follow up is top notch! Rare to find a business like this in our modern age.

Chase is great. Showed up when he said he would, was courteous and professional. Would hire again.

We had an extensive amount of work done but due to weather and other set backs it took a while to get it done but they kept me informed and the job finally got done. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Robin and Stephanie who answered the phone were very nice and helpful and Doug who did the job was very professional and explained things.

The service was very good and the service man who came, whose name was Anthony was very thorough and respectful.

Shane is fairly priced and punctual when he does work for you. We've had him out several times for toilet and pedestal sink installation, sewer line replacement, and various drainage repairs. Same day service was always completed and the work was well done. He is nice and friendly as well. Highly recommended.
