Replaced our water heater quickly at a good price. Work was professional and the team was very courteous throughout. Explained some of the process to help prevent future problems. When I had a question after hours they responded promptly as well. Highly recommend!

They repiped my hole house and put in a water heater, plus cleaned my drains. Great job on all it. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone. They are the best in town!

Came in less than an hour after my call on a Friday afternoon and had my toilet repaired in an hour. The price seemed fair and Robert did what he could to save me money. He was willing to talk to me about other options to repair instead of patch everything at a later date. Very polite and did not waste time. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues I have.

I have been using Hulls for years and have had nothing but the best experiences with the techs. Hulls will show up when they say they will. I have had so many vendors lately just not even show up for a bid. That’s nuts!!!! I give Hulls a 15 star rating!!!

Jerry came out and started my water heater, same day and did not charge a service fee. This review is to Thank him for his service. he does plumbing and live locally in Moore i will have no hesitation calling him again if there is a plumbing job.

My wife had scheduled a Saturday service for this company. We had a kitchen sink clogged up. The clogg then moved to block the line of another bathroom in the house. They charged us $125 for an estimate. The estimates was for an additional $612 not including tax. Said i had multiple problems. I paid the $125 and made another phone call. I got another plumber who showed up after 5pm on a Saturday to fix the same problem for $60. Took him 10 minutes to snake it for me. I did have multiple problems. A clogged sink and a company trying to take advantage on the situation.

Robin at Quail Creek Tag Agency recommended that I reach out and talk to Sean at Rucker Mechanical. We are extremely pleased with the new unit and duct work that they installed in our attic add-on project. Kurtis and the guys knocked it out of the park. Ryan and the electrical team also did an outstanding job with their portion. I will be a long time customer going forward.

They were very friendly. I received text messages when the appointment was scheduled and again when the plumber was en route. They gave me the exact cost before any work was done. I received a discount for being a first time customer. The plumber used an iPad allowing me to pay with a debit card and he provided an electronic receipt. The repair was not that complicated but it was done quickly and worked perfectly.

They fixed the issue, but when I followed up due to a new concern that my foundation guys had. The tech was very stern in telling me that they were not plumbers and Didn’t know what they were talking about, which is absolutely true, but not the level of customer service I would wish on anyone who spent around 150 to have someone come out and service their plumbing. I would’ve been more satisfied if the tech would have more clearly tried to explain why he didn’t think it was an issue and possibly made a quick Follow-up service call at some point within the week to make sure new problems hadn’t popped up.

I am happy to report that I had another plumbing company come out and they were able to help me understand why the foundation repair people might have thought there was another issue and thoroughly checked to make sure there were no other potential issues. Unfortunately, I wish I would’ve had that company handle the situation first.

Kevin did an excellent job! The wax seal under my toilet was leaking. He removed toilet, replaced the wax seal, and reset toilet. Then he doublechecked that it was working perfectly with no leakage, and he cleaned up the area. While he was here he also tightened some loose faucet handles on three sinks for me. All for $155.00. He was competent, efficient, and polite. He also told me exactly what he was doing and why. In addition, before he arrived, Plumb Crazy texted me an arrival time, his photo so I knew whom to expect on my porch, and mentioned how long he has worked for them. I am a happy customer, and highly recommend this company!
