I can't say enough good things about this service. Robert and Brent were prompt, courteous, and did outstanding work installing my water softener. They started late, but did not charge me extra for the late hours and they were committed to finishing the project on the first visit so I would not be without water while waiting for the installation to be finished. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and will do in the future.

John was awesome! I had another plumbering company come out 3 times and they did nothing!!! John got me all fixed up. Knew what was wrong and how to fix it without replacing every fixture and valve in my house. He was informative, helpful and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone wanting honest work done.

Sent Andy an email on New Years day and he was out to fix my water heater the next day. He was prompt and very professional. They came out for a simple clean out. I had used them before for the same issue, less than a year ago, and they did great. For some reason this time, they worked from the roof. After not having any success, I opted for the camera to help identify where the problem was. $465 later, I was told there was a huge problem requiring a new line, approximately $3500 job. I called another company for 2nd opinion and they had the cleanout done in the same day, within 30 minutes, and for less than $200. I tried calling to explain my experience and nobody would answer the phone. I will NEVER use this company again.

Update:
The pipe was cut for more direct access to the problem area. It was his attempt to fix the problem before calling for help. Not a big deal.
The plywood was on the complete opposite side of the problem area, providing a path on which to walk. That was obvious.
Working from the roof was completely illogical and ineffective, even the 2nd plumber agreed. Working from the ground is what actually resolved the problem.
Bottom line is your plumber didn't want to get dirty, failed a simple clean out, charged for unnecessary equipment and misdiagnosed the problem. Then, he quoted $3500 for a single pipe replacement that, if I actually ever need it, is more than double the other company's price.
The fact that you'll respond on Google but wouldn't return my calls is interesting.

He is patient with kids and pets, he explains things as he works, and he is respectful of property. He manages his time well, and always bids appropriately for the job. His pricing not only competitive, but is always honest as well...he doesn't do any superfluous work, and is willing to discuss the potential outcome of any decision I make before I have to decide.

Bri and Ken are simply fantastic. They have done work me for me on multiple different issues at different properties. Bri is quick to get me on the schedule or to answer my questions. Ken is not only on time but very thorough and professional. Ken is always quick to tell what the issue is, if he can fix it and up front about the cost. They have both been a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them.

They never showed up They called 7 days after I called them had to get somebody else out to do the job
