Customer service was great I was in need of service and they got a service tech out to me in less than an hour after my call.

Loved having the friendliest plumbers out on Sunday to help us with a pipe issue in the downstairs bathroom - we were treated with great respect and kindness. Very affordable too no doubt

Front desk was exceptional. I was blown away. Tech got there earlier than predict. Fixed mo problems. I did have to call to very since I wasn't home. A courtesy call would be a nice peace of mind. Otherwise perfect. Even provided some advice and education. I would definitely recommend.

Job left unfinished, also took my faucet handle with promise to return the same day with the new part that will repair it. Did not return. Got a phone call over a week later, set appointment and did not show. Called the next day. The plumber that originally started the job was apologetic and had a family emergency, the owner was rude and said I was never on his schedule. New appointment set for the following week. I had to run my little one to children’s hospital and said I’d be home by 4pm. Was told that was okay and the plumber would be there after 4pm. No show, no call. Called in the evening and was rudely told they got busy and the last job went over. I said I would pay for the job done but to please bring back my parts and I would finish the rest with another company. Was threatened to be taken to court over time he spent on 5 hardware store searching for a part that was suppose to be fixed over a week ago. I can’t stress enough how rude the owner is and extremely hostile. I get things happen but to not call or show and things keep happening several times. Can’t wait to go to court with this guy because I will not pay for a service I didn’t receive and would never let him finish the job after how disrespectful he was. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

It's not an easy task making everyone happy especially when things break and can be costly repairs. But I was extremely pleased with the service received from Rucker Mechanical. Amanda was quick to answer my questions, approximate cost, actions if the scope of work changed during the service call and easy to set up the service call date. Ryan arrived on time addressed the problem and my tenants reported he was very professional and polite towards them.
The total invoice came in under the estimated cost with no unforeseen problems. I will use their service again in the future. Its hard to find vendors you can trust.

Anthony was great. He was patient and helped fix the problem the correct way. Did not leave until it was running like new.

Great experience! The guys were very nice and knowledgeable. Had them replace an outside hose faucet for me. Robert explained the process and how to keep similar issues from happening in the future.

Watched a Gofourth plumbing truck cut off a truck carrying flammable liquid on 10th street, swerving to miss a car pulling into the Valero on 10th st while weaving in and out until sooner rd. Horrible!

Took a lil but for them to come but when they did show they were quick, friendly and did a follow up to make sure our facility was good ,love the app they are using and I would recommend them to my friends and family and to other businesses thanks Roto Rooter
