Customer service was great I was in need of service and they got a service tech out to me in less than an hour after my call.

Unresponsive to an office visit and social media communication. So there's no way to confirm their prices or quality or their services.

Did not advise of service charge and quoted a repair that was not appropriate for $800. I have completed repairs myself on same faucets but unable to this time since I am in Pennsylvania. I completed repairs for $66.

Ezra was responsible for the plumbing part of our project. He was stellar. He encountered several issues which he solved like a seasoned and highly skilled tradesman.
