Best French Drain Cleaning in Oklahoma City OK

This is the first time I've ever given a service company a 1-star review. I gave them one star for solving the problem at the property. They did a fine plumbing job, that wasn't the problem. However, they sold the job, which was replacing a drain pipe, on the basis that the insurance would cover the entire cost of the job. I was skeptical, and I asked the plumber, based on his experience, what were the chances that the claim would be paid. He told me that based on his experience, 90% of the jobs he's done had been covered. He said the only ones that would not were ones in which the homeowner said the wrong thing to the insurance adjuster. He said not to worry, that he would talk to the adjuster to make sure they would cover the claim. What I found out from the insurance adjuster was that, in fact, not one part of the job would be covered by insurance. I insisted that the adjuster call the plumber. According to the adjuster, he called and left a voice mail for the plumber, which was not returned. The next week he called again, and this time plumber hung up on him. If VIP Plumbing tells you the job will be covered by insurance, don't believe a word they say.

They showed up promptly, were very professional and polite. Got us taken care of quickly. Very happy with the experience.

The A Mac crew came to my house on December 20, 2016. It was a night call, and they showed up within 30 minutes of the call.

There were 3 gentlemen who were ready for any task that I could throw their way. They were dressed professionally, and their attire was appropriate for the cold temperatures of the evening.

I took them to the problem area. They assessed the situation, and discussed various theories and solutions amongst themselves. After a couple of minutes of discussion, the group arrived at a consensus.

Their plan was pretty good. But I wanted something slightly different. The crew enthusiastically agree to adhere to my request. They measured the existing plumbing, existing depth of hole, and prospective adjustments that would have to be made to appease my request.

30 minutes later, and they were done.

They trained me to use a new outdoor faucet that has pressure valve features.

They were a bit pricey. . . but I would definitely choose them again in a heartbeat. I'd rather pay a bit more for great service then overpay a bad plumber.
