They repiped my hole house and put in a water heater, plus cleaned my drains. Great job on all it. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone. They are the best in town!

Louis was the plumber that came out and did a good job. Was surprised at the $282 cost and called Zach to ask why a $30 part that took 10 minutes to fix cost so much. He said since the plumber didn't fly a drone over so it took him longer than normal to get to my house. He said he'll tell his plumber to slow down and take longer on the job so the cost per hour looked better. Customer service goes a long way and Zach sucks at good customer service. Won't use again

The owner is as unprofessional as anyone gets. And they quoted me over 800.00 to put a 240 plug in my location that needs 6 feet of wire to my breaker box. What is going on must think I'm an idiot

Great guys fixed my backed up toilet for temporary fix and then came back to dig out my whole back yard to fix my sewer line to the main.

Both my toilets were not flushing. I was referred to them by the guy who does my a/c work. They worked me into their schedule very quickly and my issue was resolved by Robert before Noon. Very professional, responsive and efficient. An inspections was completed and recommendations made for future work that may be needed. Notes were made to that effect; but, there was no pressure to do anything I didn't want done. I'll definitely be keeping their information for future use as well as potential referrals to friends/family.

One of the few plumbers that are qualified to work on a tankless water heater. Mr. Dalton had our parts overnighted, and fixed the next day. They were very friendly and easy to work with. Even good at dealing with cranky customers! I highly recommend this company.

My sewage was backing up into the house, so I frantically started going down the list on google for plumbers in my area. I was getting really nervous when everyone was saying that the soonest they would come out would be Monday unless I’d pay a large fee. The last group I called was 1-Tom-Plumber and they said they’d be out within an hour. Robert showed up, assessed the issue and got to work. Here I am now, about an hour after he showed up, with no issues! Didn’t break the bank either!!! I highly recommend them and him.

Our home warranty company sent out Quality Home Services and I could not have been more pleased! Most of the people our warranty company send out are second rate but not so with Quality Home Services. They responded quickly to our request and sent out Eric. He fixed our clogged toilet and stopped the leaking faucets in our tub. He was very professional and I would definitely use him again. Thanks for doing such a great job!
