Both my toilets were not flushing. I was referred to them by the guy who does my a/c work. They worked me into their schedule very quickly and my issue was resolved by Robert before Noon. Very professional, responsive and efficient. An inspections was completed and recommendations made for future work that may be needed. Notes were made to that effect; but, there was no pressure to do anything I didn't want done. I'll definitely be keeping their information for future use as well as potential referrals to friends/family.

On June 26th, 2020, Dalton came by my house to look at my plumbing issue and to give me an estimate of the cost of the job. He asked for $85.00 to give me an estimate. I gave him the check and never heard back from him.

Let me start by saying that this company is very professional and my experience interacting with employees was pleasant, but that was not the issue. The company replaced an outside faucet last fall (correctly I assumed). I did not use the faucet until January. When I turned the faucet on it had limited pressure and then water started leaking from my brick work- obvious signs of a busted pipe. When I contacted the plumber, I was told & it was explained to me with visuals that the pipe froze because of a hard freeze. This appears to be honest & direct reasoning. However, I have lived in the house for 18 years with absolutely no pipes bursting despite numerous hard freezes. I find it more than ironic that my first pipe burst in nearly 20 years occurred right after I had work done. More than ironic? I think not. When I brought this to the company’s attention they claimed no responsibility. Again, in a professional manner & with additional visuals to explain how they are not at fault. The resulting damage costs were over $4000 to repair, reinstallation, abatement , & remodeling (thanks for the slight discount on the reinstallation though). My homeowners insurance covered some, but not entirely- leaving me with a huge expense. I say all this to advise customers to ask LOTS of questions prior to repairs that include liability issues. I do not require a rebuttal from the company, but I believe this issue needs to be known for someone considering using this company.

All I can say is in the heat of summer Drabek & Hill got me in quicker than i thought and fixed the problem. Had a 3 to 5 pm appointment and the got there sooner than that and got me up and running. Thanks I had a cool night.

Danny was absolutely extraordinary. He came in with extensive knowledge on my issues and got them solved fast and efficiently. I will definitely be a lifelong customer thanks to him!

Inspected our gas line so we could get gas service turned on at our newot (to us) house. Because we could not get gas service turned on without his approval this guy milked us. Replaced about 4 gas valves at $60 a pop just because they were a bit older and could possibly leak. Mind you that these are $10 at Lowes and I could have done that myself. had I known this was an issue. Takes 5 minutes and a pipewrench to change one out. Anyways, also performed one other unnecessary service regarding an old gas heater in the bathroom. We could not deny the request as he would not approve the house so the city inspector could come by. Basically stay away unless you like being milked for every penny.
