Best Edmond Drain Cleaning. in Oklahoma City OK

The only reason I’m giving this a “1 Star” review, is because zero isn't an option. I had Edmond Rooter our to fix a backup under my washing machine and half bath that was across the hall. They did respond the next day and the plumbers were friendly, but that’s where the compliments stop. They were here for about 2 hours (maybe a bit more or less) and my bill was over $500. That was no parts, all labor for running the snake machine. I felt like that was expensive, but I only cared about having the issue fixed, so I said nothing. After about 3 1/2 weeks, I called back because I had the EXACT same problem again. I was put on hold for 15 minutes so the call taker could consult with a plumber and the only solution offered to me was to pay $350 for them to run the large machine and another $250 for them to run a machine with a camera head on it. They had the audacity to ask me for another $600 total so they could “start diagnosing the problem.” I asked them if there was any warranty on their work and I was informed that I had surpassed the laughable “ONE WEEK” warranty. I used this company because they were locally owned and operated and I thought that counted for something. Apparently they only care about the money. Next time I’ll just call Roto Rooter.

We had the pleasure of working with Champion Plumbing recently to replace our natural gas lines, and we must say that their service was top-notch. William Field, the plumber who led the project, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain the entire process to us in detail. He was also very respectful of our home and made sure to clean up after the job was done.

William and his team were able to complete the job in a timely manner, and they did so with great precision and attention to detail. They made sure that everything was working properly before they left, and they even tested the lines to ensure that there were no leaks.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service that Champion Plumbing provided, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. William's excellent service and expertise in replacing our natural gas lines was truly exceptional, and would definitely call on him and his team again for any future plumbing needs.

Robert and Skylar were dispatched to my house on Sunday. They both knew their job and took the time to explain what needed to be done and ways of preventing another clogged sewer. I was very happy with the service.

Bri and Ken are simply fantastic. They have done work me for me on multiple different issues at different properties. Bri is quick to get me on the schedule or to answer my questions. Ken is not only on time but very thorough and professional. Ken is always quick to tell what the issue is, if he can fix it and up front about the cost. They have both been a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them.

Joe was amazing. He gave a timeframe of 9-11 and was there a few minutes before 9. gave us a quick estimate and was a real pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend there services!
