Best Control System in Oklahoma City OK

* WARNING * I am so disappointed in this company! I moved to the El Reno area a week ago from Alabama. Before I came with the baby my husband was here to finalize on our new house. While he was at work this company came to inspect the plumbing. $230! They gave a good bill of health. This was a LIE! My husband is an amputee and the master bath has a walk in shower that wouldn't drain AT ALL. We just had another plumber come look at it and they pulled tons of mud out and said this house has had bad plumbing for years, this shower is completely useless and the drainage will have to be completely removed, the floor will have to be jackhammered up and your tile will have to be replaced. This will cost close to $2,000. They showed us the problem and it was obvious the Bailey Brothers lied. It's unfortunate they couldn't tell the truth and we could have had it fixed before we signed on the house. My husband needs surgery on his stump and we don't have the money to fix this now. They just made my life with a one year old boy and a handicapped husband A LOT WORSE! I would never recommend this dreadful company!

Craig is extremely professional and competitively priced for running a water line to a refrigerator in a historic home! He was on time and under budget! He even meticulously swept up after he was finished! Very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone for their plumbing needs!

So I was having an issue with my plumbing so I called to get someone to come out. We already had done research and came to the conclusion it was a clog. I called and they said it would be $198 for clog removal. When the tech arrived he let me know he has to complete a job in harrah so he's gonna be quick they just asked could he swing by us quickly He walked through our home and looked at the bathrooms and when I saw he opened the door and looked in and that's it. He asked where the clean out valve was and I informed him I was unsure but most likely on the roof. He walked outside, looked under our deck for a few seconds and then told us he needed to run a camera and install a new clean out. running the camera would cost us $400 and after that it would cost us $2800 to install the clean out. I was frustrated with the fact that he did not even attempt to remove the clog. Instead of trying to upcharge me. I called another plumber (Hermans: call them they are amazing) . They came out and not even an hour later the problem was solved. ROTO-ROOTER should be ashamed for what they are doing to people. Hermans gained a lifetime customer today!

Communication was excellent and impressive. However company wanted to charge me $440 to repair an A/C part still under factory warranty. I would not recommend this company
