Junior was our Technician, he was very polite and on time for our appointment. He got it all taken care of fairly quickly. I would recommend VIP Plumbing, they’re great!

I can't say enough good things about this service. Robert and Brent were prompt, courteous, and did outstanding work installing my water softener. They started late, but did not charge me extra for the late hours and they were committed to finishing the project on the first visit so I would not be without water while waiting for the installation to be finished. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and will do in the future.

We've used many plumbers for various projects, and we now always return to Edco for our plumbing needs. Edco had previously moved a sink during our master bath remodel, and they did wonderful work on that project. Recently we had issues with all 3 toilets: one needed replacing, one reset, and the last was dripping from the tank. They scheduled at a time convenient for us, and called ahead to notify that Matthew was on his way. Matt worked quickly and efficiently, was very professional, and overall was pleasant to deal with. He identified the issues and took the time to fix them correctly. He thoroughly cleaned the grout/tile area causing one of the leaks, and didn't leave a mess anywhere to clean up afterward as most contractors would. Unfortunately two days later, we noted the leaking tank was dripping again, though through no fault of Matt's as it was a different part causing a problem this time. It wasn't an urgent issue as we'd just shut the water off to it, yet Lance was immediately responsive when we called and Matt arrived within 2 hours to our house. They both apologized, which wasn't necessary, and the issue was resolved quickly. I give Edco 5 stars for professionalism, competence, and courtesy, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Just wanted to share, we had an issue with our Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. We have had an absolute terrible experience with a plumber who botched the repair so badly we had to install a new unit. Thankfully a neighbor suggested Red Plains Plumbing. Kasi really came in and saved the day for us and we now have hot water again (THANK YOU JESUS). He has been nothing but professional with superior customer service. He contacted the Rinnai Rep who will be looking at our botched system and helping us handle the situation with the first plumber. He did an amazing job cleaning up someone else’s mess. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Ive used these guys in the past to replace my toilets and they were excellent! I also used them for an emergency visit on a weekend and they were quick and friendly.

Today i called them to schedule an appointment to fix my disposal. He told me some of issues it could be and explained the possibility of needing a replacement.

Well, after talking to him on the phone, I decided to give it a whirl and try to fix it myself. And i was successful! So i called affordable plumbing back to cancel my appointment. I was worried they might be short with me for canceling but he was genuinely happy for me that I fixed it myself. Such friendly and helpful people!

I have used this company twice and each time I have been pleased with the service. The price is very reasonable. They are very professional. Dee is a real pleasure to speak with when scheduling appointments. For this last appointment I had to call a few times because I kept finding extra things I wanted worked on and they had no problem adding on my requests. We had a clog in our kitchen sinks pipe. Christopher M from indigo plumbing was on time, fixed the problem, answered questions, knowledgeable and so helpful! Fantastic service, kind and attentive and fixed my sink! I’ll definitely recommend indigo plumbing to my neighbors and anyone who asks about a plumber. I’m somewhat knew to the area and it’s great to know I’ve got a company I can call when I can’t fix it myself!

Every plumber in town was full during our snow storm when we had a pipe break in our house and we had no water. We called these guys and they asked that we be patient while the worked their way to us. They kept us updated on where we were on their list and once they arrived, they were extremely courteous and very professional. When they left, our problems were solved. Thanks Guys!!!

Update: I've used these guys several times since my last renview. Every time, their service is consistent and their prices fair. I've tried several of the other companies in the past, I'm so happy I found my personal plumber for life. I simply can't say enough good things about these guys. I never have to worry about who is coming to my house and never have to worry about the price because they are more than fair and always get the problems in this old house fixed right the first time without the need to ever call them back. Jimmy B. Quick Plumbing gives great customer service. The name lives up to the business reputation. They are quick to come out when we have a plumbing issue, very professional and gives great quality service.

Robert and Skylar unclogged our sewer line and We were shocked that a new house would clog so we will be having them run a camera to see where our problem is. I have used them previously and have had fabulous results!
