I highly recommend these plumbers. Terrific customer service, quick work, and reasonable cost. I called with an emergency on a Saturday night, and they got to my apt in 10 minutes. The owner and his adult son, also a plumber, resolved my issue in five minutes. They were very respectful, professional, and clean. I appreciate that he explained the problem and described what he had to do to fix it. Very reasonably priced.

We have had several other people come out and tell us, that we need to replace the whole unit and nothing else could be done. Well, Logan Gregory came out and was able to actually help us out, had no issues and pricing was not bad either. it was a simple fix! We need better mechanics like Logan out here!

Sasquatch plumbing gave me multiple options for repair. I had a burst pipe under my living room floor leaking hot water. Instead of tearing up the floor they ran a Pex pipe through my old pipes. They had it fixed quickly and saved me a ton of money. I will definitely be a return customer.

Robert came out and replaced my hot water heater quickly and timely. Plus, he came back out to install venting pipe for the hot water heater at no additional charge. These guys were amazing. Our water heater went out a week after we'd moved into our new place (and into the state). They put in the huge new one I requested, even though it took 4 guys to handle it. Lol. Big job, great crew, and worth every penny after 2 weeks with no hot water! Will definitely be calling them again for any other plumbing issues that arise...though hopefully that won't be for a while ;) They were friendly, hard-working and great at giving detailed information on both the plumbing itself and the breakdown of the bill. Truly appreciate their service.

Jake with Heartland Plumbing showed up to unclog a drain for me. He was very polite and informative as to what he was doing. They were very flexible when I needed to reschedule due to work I would definately use them again and recommend.

Obviously management ethics have changed since the last review 11 months ago.

Paid $145 for drain clean, (they quoted on the phone it would be $125) they couldn't find the blockage. Came out the next day with a pipe camera, for $275 they told me it was too wet in the pipe to see anything. his next step was to dig up part of the yard to see if a pipe was broken, minimum charge of $1500. I ended up renting a plumbers auger, and had some friends unclog the drain.
I called the manager the next day to let him know the clog had been removed. I was very polite and told him how I watched the first day and there were no bits used to unclog the pipe. Although he wasn't there, he said in a not so pleasant voice, yes bits WERE used

They are super helpful, nice and funny! They will answer all your questions and more and actually hold a conversation. They have now been out to my house 3 times (we are first time home owners). The first time was to help get our gas system up and going for inspection for the city. Second time was for a plumbing emergency which happened to not be an emergency but they were there the same day within a couple of hours of my phone call. Third time was to fix a mistake that we caused. They will definitely be our plumbers from now on
