Terrible prices! 231$ for a 70$ estimate. Took 5 minutes to fix. Original quote was 45$ service + parts+ 100/hr. The repair to 5 minutes-- parts was .50 according to owner and the bill = 231$. Crooks!!! Scammers!! Use someone else!

Came back to my warehouse to find my truck covered in concrete and my coworker walked passed him and he chuckled and said “you like the new paint job”. Then I proceed to talk to the gentleman and he tried to spit on my truck. Very unprofessional

I called to have someone come take a look at my washer it was leaking behind it. I got the pleasure of speaking with Kayla who booked my call. She was so professional and had a plumber come out to my house immediately and gave me a very reasonable price. The plumber came out and was done within a couple hours and very professional. I am so so pleased with the outcome and I would highly recommend this company and when you call ask to speak with Kayla,she's the best

The responsiveness and quick work was top tier. We had run into a plumbing issue that caused us to use the local YMCA to shower and had reached out to our warranty provider and the wait would have been significant. We were able to get a hold of QHS the same morning and they sent someone out the next morning and we were able to resolve the issue much sooner than we had expected. I am definitely pleased with the services provided and will absolutely be referring to friends and family.

Ace Plumbing came to find what the issue is with our line clogging every 6 months. I have used several plumbing companies to clear our line and these guys were top notch. They were on time, very informative and professional.They were quick too. It didn't take them 30 minutes to find a problem others struggled with. They gave me an estimate of repair and discussed my options thouroughly. They even offered a way to record or watch the drain video. I'll tell ya why I will use them again. I had previously rated this company fairly high because they are responsive, but unfortunately they have gone down hill since I last used them. I notified the reception that I was calling for a tennant of ours and that we wanted to have a quote for the repair. I was told that they would come to review for free and that they would provide a quoteand I would have 30 days to make a decision to use the repair. That no repair would be made without my approval - and that they would need to contact me for said authorization.

Instead, the owner came, worked on the project without asking anyone for authorization and then demanded the tennant to pay them or they would not leave the property. This is borderline scam. They did business without approval. Fortunately the tennant was able to get a hold of me so I could make the payment - but this was a hard situtaion to put someone in.

I then filed a complaint with the company, and was told via message from the owner that 'they judged me before I even got there.' Which is an odd statement to make since there is no way they would have met him before he got there and just shows the unprofessional level to blame someone else when they did repairs that were not approved. I have not had any follow up from the owner to address my complaint and I feel that they are likely satisified with continuing their scam of 'free' esitmate.

Avoid them at all cost.
