We have used Jackson for over seven years and still receive the high level of service that one expects. There's no honeymoon period then bad service with this group.

We discovered a serious water leak under our water heater, and after several estimates we chose Gordon's plumbing. They were not only able to schedule the install for the next day (not next Monday), but they were on time, took care of the installation, removed the old water heater and cleaned up everything. They even scheduled and took care of the electric work that needed to be completed to accommodate the new plug in. There is a 10 year warranty providing I use Gordons plumbing. The water heater is working great. And we really enjoyed the knowledgeable, experienced technician (Anthony) that they sent for the installation. He was excellent at teaching us the ins and outs of the new water heater, I highly recommend this company for fast, efficient, exceptional work.
