Best Air Conditioner Unit in Oklahoma City OK

We have used Jackson for over seven years and still receive the high level of service that one expects. There's no honeymoon period then bad service with this group.

We've used many plumbers for various projects, and we now always return to Edco for our plumbing needs. Edco had previously moved a sink during our master bath remodel, and they did wonderful work on that project. Recently we had issues with all 3 toilets: one needed replacing, one reset, and the last was dripping from the tank. They scheduled at a time convenient for us, and called ahead to notify that Matthew was on his way. Matt worked quickly and efficiently, was very professional, and overall was pleasant to deal with. He identified the issues and took the time to fix them correctly. He thoroughly cleaned the grout/tile area causing one of the leaks, and didn't leave a mess anywhere to clean up afterward as most contractors would. Unfortunately two days later, we noted the leaking tank was dripping again, though through no fault of Matt's as it was a different part causing a problem this time. It wasn't an urgent issue as we'd just shut the water off to it, yet Lance was immediately responsive when we called and Matt arrived within 2 hours to our house. They both apologized, which wasn't necessary, and the issue was resolved quickly. I give Edco 5 stars for professionalism, competence, and courtesy, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Michael was here when was told rep would show. Didn’t find anything wrong with the unit and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Took the time to explain my unit to me and why it had done what it did. Also offered to come back by if problem reoccurs.

Before calling them, I called many individuals and none could solf my problem except this service. They are really good at what they do. On time and always put their customers first.

Our air went out about a month ago and our house was at 87 even through the night. We called Triple Play on a Thurs evening. They installed a new unit the next day. From the minute you call until they drive away you feel like they are family. Everyone is very nice.
Chad K had to make a return visit this evening (our dogs shifted unit up against the house blocking air flow.) He was so understanding and nice and checked everything for us. We are very happy with this company and their amazing quick response time. Thank you everyone at TP.

I called Drabek & Hill because my kitchen sink was clogged. First of all, customer service was awesome. Second, I was able to get an appointment the same and within a few hours. Third, my technician, Corey, was not only pleasant, but very thorough and made sure my drain was completely clear and that water properly drained. I had a scheduled appointment with another company who canceled my appointment minutes before they were scheduled to arrive and did not attempt to accommodate me in any way i.e. the next day but wanted to wait several days.
