David has been amazing.. he worked on so many things for us.. he is extremely professional, down to earth, and professional. We have our permanent plumber for our home and won’t go anywhere else.

Jorge is the best. He's immediately responsive and is very professional and knowledgeable. He has helped us with little and big plumbing projects and repairs and has always done quality work. What started as a toilet leak ended up requiring a repipe everything under the toilet since the pipes were 80+ years old and starting to fail. JC Green was able to send someone out same day to inspect, gave a fair quote, and started the work the same week.

I really appreciate how labor intensive it is to dig up the yard and be working under the house all day, and as someone without plumbing experience it appears to me that the work done was done well.

Unfortunately, my overall impression of the company is based mostly on how the property was treated and how it was left.

I expected a fair amount of dirt/mud to deal with considering the nature of the job. I didn’t expect to spend 2 hours cleaning mud off of not just the floors but also the walls, baseboards, cabinets, bathtub, doors, door frames, light switches etc.

Then I started finding trash in the yard, including one of the bolts that were replaced on the toilet (glad I found it before the lawn mower did), the caps for the bolts that weren’t put back on, and a handful of cigarette butts.

But the real sticking point for me was realizing that they dumped all the extra dirt from the job up against the house, in the center of a row of hedges, so that I can’t get to it to spread it out. So now I have a nearly 3ft pile of mud up against 80 year old bricks, where I already have issues controlling pests and moisture issues.

This is especially frustrating considering I have a number of places on the property where that dirt could have gone to use instead of becoming a problem, if only someone had asked me. I would have even transferred the dirt to my own tarp and spread it out myself later in the week.

It’s disappointing to have so much damage control to do when trusting people in your home to help solve a problem. A little extra communication and consideration could have prevented a lot of this.

Not only was he prompt to show up but he finished the job 1/2 hour before the 2 hour mark that other plumber's calculated it would take to complete the job!

this place is crazy, said i have to pay for the tech as soon as he gets in his truck!! are you crazy.. then had the nerve to say well someone has to pay them i replied yes your company not me, i pay for work/labor. not his regular business hours. ) $176 a hour starting from the time he gets in the truck...)

Anam Paldgyee of Green Eagle Plumbing has helped us for years with all of our new installations, repairs, and upgrades at the Dharmata Foundation in Pt. Richmond, CA. We've never had to call him back to fix any of our projects after they've come to completion (and our building is over 100 years old!). He is friendly, thorough, and amazingly skilled as a plumber. I have no hesitation recommend him for any job small or large.

Streamline Plumbing, using trenchless technology just replaced the lateral sewer line on my father's house. They has also done the same for my house in 2016 and my mother-in-laws duplex in Chinatown in 2022. Each property presented extreme problems, 12 feet deep main lines, 100 foot hillside runs, multiple service lines, pulling lines under driveways, stairways and sidewalks. Streamline came with multiple crews with every type of equipment and all the supplies on their trucks. I could go on and on about the good quality of work they did, even as they had to redo work that other companies had performed years ago. The EMBUD and City of Oakland inspectors who came for all 3 jobs all expressed confidence in Streamline and even commented that I had the A Team. Their prices were very competitive. I didn't asked for other quotes just comparing to what local neighbors paid. I would never trust anyone else
