I've used Alligator Plumbing 4 times now and every time they've done a great job. The price they quote is the price you pay. They don't give you a 4 hour window, they say we'll be there at 9 and then call when they're on their way. One time they were going to be early and called to be sure it was ok to start a bit earlier. Highly recommend.

Service level is great. They stick with an issue until they have figured out how to resolve it. They can service boilers which is a rare find.

Also the QC inspector that came out to check the work was very thorough and courteous as well. Both the installer and the inspector were thorough, efficient and on time.
