Our AC went out tonight on a Friday. We called the company around 8:30pm and they got a technician out almost immediately. The technician was here by 10pm and had the issue fixes by 10:45. The customer service of the technician we had, Jake was 5 stars. He saved us and our 14 month old from having to suffer in a house over 80 degrees in the dead of Summer.
