Ray is truly awesome. He has saved us multiple times now! He is very responsive and that has made all the difference for us when it's our one toilet that has broken, or when the handle for the kitchen faucet came off in my husband's hand yesterday...
Ray's skill is immediately apparent, if he fixes something, it stays fixed! He is also really efficient; I would guess he and Cory (who was also great and friendly) were in my house for maybe 30 minutes and replaced an entire faucet AND fixed a clogged drain in that time.
On top of that, Ray is a good communicator and respectful to our home - always automatically puts on shoe covers, cleans up any debris etc. Thank you, thank you, Ray, for your quick response time and your expertise.
