Alligator was recommended by several moms in the Castro Valley Mothers Club. I was very pleased with the customer service and the worksmanship of Alligator Plumbing. Used them twice so far. Once to clear slow running drain and a leak, which were caused by poorly designed and installed drain pipes. Matt rebuilt two drains and cleared clogs and reset our bowl sink. Gave good advice on replacing a bathroom sink faucet. We purchased the replacement faucet and Jafar came out to install it. Both times, my husband and I felt we received great service at a fair price. The estimate for repairs was exactly what they charged. Will gladly use them again!

Highly recommend them, since they help me with a leaking roof and water damage to my ceiling during the rain storm we've been having lately.

They where abel to temporally patch my roof to stop the slow leak dripping down our kitchen ceiling and remove the water damage drywall in our ceiling.

They had to come back, after the roofer did a permanent fix on roof, to patch up and repair the different areas of where they removed the water damage drywall.

Schwartzbart Plumbing replaced all our shower drainage pipes and did an excellent job with hard-to-diagnose problems.  Rouset was extremely honest, responsive, understanding and kind throughout.  I have to say this was a difficult job for him, with an elderly owner and a very old house which came with lots and lots of tricks.  Yet he and his team did everything they said they would, on time, in a professional manner, and always with a smile to keep you calm.

Jorge, came to our shop for a last minute Repair we needed In our commercial building. We own a print shop and had our grand opening the next day. Jorge replace the plumbing in our bathroom and installed a new sink. He stayed until 11:00 pm to complete the job. Jorge is very respectful, clean and reliable, but the most important he knows what he is doing. We have use his company for over 12 years and never had a complaint. After dealing with three other drainage companies, Underground Rooter was the only one that followed through. Augusto, the owner answered my initial call, scheduled a free estimate and arrived right on time. I'm so glad I paid extra for him to use his camera to look at our drainage system. He paitently educated us about our system via video, which helped tremendously since we discovered the issue was an easy fix! I wish more contractors had this type of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency as Underground Rooter does.
