I've used Alligator Plumbing 4 times now and every time they've done a great job. The price they quote is the price you pay. They don't give you a 4 hour window, they say we'll be there at 9 and then call when they're on their way. One time they were going to be early and called to be sure it was ok to start a bit earlier. Highly recommend.

It was mid-season when a pipe from the water heater in my house ruptured and I needed help at once. Luckily, I had heard about Plumbing Heroes: Alameda and they came at the earliest time. You are not wrong for thinking that these plumbers will perform a new water heater installation or a repair wonderfully, in fact they replaced my old one, gave me suggestions on how to care it and showed thorough skills to do so.
