The service that California Plumbing & Radiant Heating provides is something that every tradesman and company should strive to be.

I called the number listed on their page and was directly connected to Gerald (the owner I believe) to schedule a service consultation. I've already had two companies come out before to come out for a hydronic heater that seemingly no-one in the bay had knowledge to service. Over the phone, Gerald went over things that could have gone wrong and provided an in-depth analysis and even agreed to come out without a charge if nothing required work.

He arrived ontime, ready to work with equipment and tools in hand and with a courteous and professional attitude. He spent the next 45 minutes diagnosing the air heater and running me through all the things that could go wrong. In the end, he flushed the system and provided an honest opinion that the air handler was working correctly, just that the water heater temperature had to be raised in order to generate hotter air.

Gerald was honest, knowledgeable and provided possible next steps to improving heating performance. He stayed true to his word and did not bill me as nothing needed immediate replacement. (I still tipped to cover his time and gas). Should something go wrong with my heater in the future, California Plumbing & Radiant Heating will be the first people I call!

One Step was able to come the same day. Garvey quickly figured out the source of the leak and had the parts on hand to fix our tub. Friendly and reasonably priced - my new go to for any future plumbing needs.

We had a heat pump installed. We are very happy with the service. They were reliable, very professional, and left the work areas cleaner than they found them. They also respond quickly to questions and made the process very easy.

I just had a fabulous experience with We Can Do It plumbing. My faucet was leaking and Carbo fixed it quickly, diagnosed a more serious problem and then fixed that one, too. They even hardcore cleaned up everything to boot. Highly recommended!

I have been using Mr. Rooter for many years. I have always found them to be very professional, available 24/7 and time responsible. the quality of their work is excellent. I have recommended them to neighbors and friends..

They don't have energy emergency services. Luckily not emergency. They were very nice, honest and straightforward.

They did a great job. I highly recommend them for quality and value.

Plumber arrived on time. I told him what I needed done. Just power wash my clogged sewer lines using a power washer. I've had this service done a few times in the past 6 years by other plumbing companies. The JC Green plumber said that he was going to use a snake to unclog my line instead. I told him not to use a snake because it wouldn't work. He blew off my request anyway.
He started using the snake @10 AM, getting poor results so he continued to use it anyway, even though the sewage line was still not uncloged. About 10:45AM, he gives up using the snake and starts using the power washer like I requested. The JC Green Plumber could have finished the job in 15 minutes if he would've listened to me.
So, @ 11:15Am the job is complete but not without him charging me $650.00!
I will never use JC Green plumbing again! A hard, expensive lesson to learn.
I just hope their plumbers realize that the customer is always right.

I found Natalie on Craigslist for a clog that I was having in my bathroom. I was happy that she actually showed up on time and was very professional. Schwartzbart Plumbing replaced all our shower drainage pipes and did an excellent job with hard-to-diagnose problems.  Rouset was extremely honest, responsive, understanding and kind throughout.  I have to say this was a difficult job for him, with an elderly owner and a very old house which came with lots and lots of tricks.  Yet he and his team did everything they said they would, on time, in a professional manner, and always with a smile to keep you calm.
