They did such a great job replacing our toilet! Tyler was quick to come up with solutions to problems he encountered along the way, like the entire flange being too close to the wall. He actually noticed a few things that had been done wrong previously, and corrected them to prevent any further damage to our house. This is the best plumbing company with the best plumbers in the Bay Area. I have had Alligator plumbing out twice. The first time, FOUR plumbers tried to unclog our shower (basically they did nothing and could not do it). Finally Alligator plumbing came out and was able to fix the clog, no problem! I had them come out for another clog and water pressure issue and it was solved professionally and quickly. Their plumbers are so nice, respectful, and really want to help the customer. Really, look no further and use them. You won't be disappointed.
