When our sink backed up we called 2 or 3 different companies for emergency service, but Mr. Rooter seemed the most reasonably priced and highly regarded, so we went with them. The woman on the phone dispatched an employee and we got a call from Chris a few minutes later to confirm. He showed up and the first thing we noticed was how friendly he was. He then assessed the problem and began to explain in detail what he would be doing to remedy the issue. He was done with the job within an hour, and even went as far as explaining his work to our inquisitive 2-year-old daughter. Afterward, he gladly cleaned up the mess that ensued, going above and beyond to wipe down the kitchen floor & surrounding cabinets with cleaning product for our safety. The best part was that the amount due when the job was done was even less than the estimate he gave us over the phone. Every experience I’ve had with other plumbing companies prior has been less pleasant as a result of overcharging, and less-than-exemplary employees. Mr. Rooter was a refreshing exception to the norm.

I used Marvin to install a water shut off valve for my dishwasher. I also had him look at my dishwasher because it would leak when draining. He fixed the the hose and now I do not have to buy a new dishwasher. Thanks Marvin for the fast and friendly response. I will use him in the future for other projects.

Vincent and his team are awesome. I shopped around for a couple different quotes and Sewer Master came through with the lowest offer. Plus they were highly recommended so I decided to go with them for the replacement of my ancient sewer piper in the backyard. The pipe was destroyed by giant tree roots to the point that it was pretty much non-existent. Despite the giant mess of a pipe that was in my yard, when they were done they went above and beyond to try to make the disturbance to my yard as minimal as possible. Super super quick, super professional and you can tell they care about the long term results of their work.

I brought on Sal to help with the sewer lateral compliance on my home. Sal's initial estimate was very competitive compared to two other bids I received, and in the end he got it done for even less thanks to the work being not as involved as originally thought. He passed along the savings to me ($2K). That is integrity and on top of that he was super responsive and coordinated with the city and EMBUD on the inspections and certificate.
