Gerald was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Fixed the issue on the first try with my Lochinvar Knight water boiler. After describing the problem to him over the phone, and with some pictures of the unit that I sent, he came prepared with the necessary spare parts. He replaced those parts and did some additional maintenance, always explaining what was going on along the way. I inherited the system from the previous owner, and his explanations were extremely helpful.

Rey has replaced all our galvanized water pipes, the tankless water heater and the main. He is currently replacing the furnace. Very professional, timely and very fairly priced. Rey always goes the extra mile.

We called Mr. Rooter in the morning and they were on site a couple of hours later. Very nice workers, and were upfront with costs. Unfortunately our job turned out to be bigger than expected but they came back promptly to get the job done right. The cleanup was ok but could have been better. I would use them again
