Gerald was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Fixed the issue on the first try with my Lochinvar Knight water boiler. After describing the problem to him over the phone, and with some pictures of the unit that I sent, he came prepared with the necessary spare parts. He replaced those parts and did some additional maintenance, always explaining what was going on along the way. I inherited the system from the previous owner, and his explanations were extremely helpful.

Bryan was responsive when I called him to look at my faucet that was loose and needed securing under the sink. He fit me in his busy schedule and arrived on time. After evaluating the faucet, he notice the pipes were rusted and had just started leaking. I was surprised how timely everything happened at that moment. He decided to replace the worn out faucet with a new one. I had bought a new one just in case. Then he got the replacement pipes and the drain that he already had in his truck. That was convenient and saved a lot of time from running out for the parts. Within two hours he completed the job. I paid him but he didn't give me a receipt. Later I noticed the faucet was not centered so that it could turn equally from left to right between the divided sink. I called while he was at another job. After a few hours he returned to fix the problem. I appreciated his work ethic in making sure I was happy with the results of his work. He fit this in between his other two appointments towards the end of the day. Great service.
