Thank you Albert Nahman for following up on this review and making it right.The technician was professional and courteous however there are other issues with the service. I scheduled appointment online and received confirmation email but no one showed up. I called and they said oh that time doesn't work and gave me an appointment two days later. Technician showed up for second appointment and quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the bad part. However he did not re-apply caulking around the shower handle cover like it was originally. Called them to come and do it, they said they'll schedule a follow-up visit. That was 3 days ago and I haven't heard back. Seems like there's no follow through once they get their money. Very disappointed with the service especially for such a high price.

Although I didn't have a choice for a new thermostat (system too old for the Nest I purchased and only one option on the truck) the new thermostat works well and I have heat again!
