As a relatively new homeowner inheriting a fairly complex hydronic radiant heat system, I've been looking for a plumbing partner. I'd used two other services in the past and while both charged be a bunch and made minor fixes, neither fixed my problems long term. In Gerald, I've found that partner—he was communicative in scheduling (via text), prompt at our appointment, and quickly diagnosed and fixed my problems. I plan to work with him to install upgrades to the system as well. I'm not sure why he doesn't have many reviews on Google yet, but don't let that deter you, he's an expert and a great person to work with.

One Step was able to come the same day. Garvey quickly figured out the source of the leak and had the parts on hand to fix our tub. Friendly and reasonably priced - my new go to for any future plumbing needs.

Mr. Rooter provides 24/7 on call service. I called late Saturday night and was able to schedule an appointment on the next day morning (Sunday) for a technician to come to provide a quote. Since our main water pine was leaking and would need to be repaired quickly, I agreed with price. They (5 people) came the next day (Monday) to replace the water pipe. The entire project was finished in one day. I am very much impressed by their quick response and good quantity of work. I highly recommend this company!

I hired them to install a new front door jamb. They where nice and did a great job removing the old door jamb and putting a new one with a strike plate.

I phoned the San Leandro office... I got an answering machine... I left a message on the voice-mail.. The next morning Mike called me back to set up an appointment for my repair work... (my kitchen drain pipes were clogged and leaking water)... Mike arrived on the day and time we agreed to... He was very polite and professional... After he completed the repair work on my kitchen sink pipes, I was soooooo impressed by his workmanship... All new pipes and great flow of the water through them... and the price of the job was cheaper than I expected...
