My sump pump malfunctioned during the rain storm sweeping NorCal last week and just before New Year’s. My home warranty company was unsuccessful in finding help so I, stressed new homeowner, was left in desperation mode scrambling to find a company to provide immediate assistance. Enter Mr. Rooter! They were the only company who could send out a technician the next day, which happened to be New Year’s Day. Shoutout to the technician, Jimmy P. who was prompt, thorough, and knowledgeable. I’m almost an expert on sump pumps now! (not really, I’ll leave that to Jimmy) Seriously though, top tier customer service and care throughout this very stressful time. Thanks Jimmy!

Straightforward, professional, and fairly quick to get us in our schedule, Mauro's plumbing left us very satisfied. You might have to follow up an email with a phone call, as everybody in the bay seems a touch overworked these days, they will make sure things work for you. Very nice installers as well.

AAA Pumping Service has always been on time, honest, and extremely polite. They are always great people. The owners could not be any nicer. Really wonderful people that will always try to do the right thing. They are courteous with my children and had them laughing as they pumped our septic tank. They even greet the pets and make sure we bring them inside just in case they are prone to running out the open back gate.
I have gotten to know this family and I cannot recommend them highly enough. You will be completely satisfied if you hire this company.
