I cannot speak highly enough of Blue Diamond plumbing! Everyone we've seen has been so professional and honest. Andy and Taran are the best! When another company told our home warranty company we had abused the toilet and they wouldn't cover it, Andy came out as a second opinion and fixed it in under an hour! Again, we needed a second opinion and Taran came out when above and beyond to help diagnose our leak. Even the lady in the office is so patient and kind. We would not hesitate to recommend Blue Diamond Plumbing!

We initially used a different company to unclog and hydro jet a backed up sewer line. Two weeks later we had the same problem. We called out the same company who then told us that the problem was an offset sewer line that would cost us $15,000 to fix.
We got a second opinion from Plumbing Kings. They carried out a line inspection and found that a portion of the sewer line was partially clogged with debris and grease. We did not have an offset sewer line.
Plumbing Kings staff were very professional and honest and saved us from being ripped off. Glad we got a second opinion. Relieved to know we don't need to spend the $15k for a fault that does not exist. Thank you Plumbing Kings, Steven and Tyler.

Boston Joe is a true gentleman and scholar and master of his craft. He answered all my questions and alleviated any concerns I had about the project going on at my home. Their cabinet builder Lance is an artisan and very down to earth. My wife loves her new kitchen because of his expertise. The technicians who performed the demo were very polite and courteous. They cleaned up everything and left the place spotless. I am very impressed with the quality of work and will definitely be using Thistle DKI again. Highly recommend!

After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. This was on a Monday morning and by noon they were at my house with a water heater of my choice to install. They were professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I recommend them highly!

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent.

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.
