Really appreciate that the owner takes a personal interest in every job. They treat your home like their own and they take the quality of their work seriously as part of their personal reputation. On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

I had air conditioning checked 5/17 and was told they would email me the invoice. It is 6/15 and after
5 calls to office and 1 call to technician with 3 emails 2 to tec and 1 to office and empty promises I still do not have invoice. I need this invoice for my home warranty insurance company to prove I I am doing the maintenance. They do good work but if I can't show the invoices it will void my warranty. Do know what to do about this. Any ideas or suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks

Too bad that I have to give them 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a second opinion quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company that no further plumbing work needs to be done. Another $1900 worth of work to be exact. My contractor said, no other work is neccessary so I cancelled my appointment. Get a bill for $2200. Recap: Only HALF of the cracked pipe was replaced, no other work was done and the toilet that was pulled was never replaced yet, I recieved a bill for almost double the original guesstimate. All because I chose to go with a different contractor then the one Artie wanted me to use. Dirty, dirty tactics. I had a $50,000 flood loss on my property and they swooped in for a piece. Disgraceful. Now on top of everything I've had to deal with this mess as well.
I've had to start a complaint with the contractor's board. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress this enough.

He listened as I explained my concern. He checked out the system, and we were finished quickly. He changed our filters while he was here. Thanks again to everyone for a job well done

A Team sent a crew out to our old house (built 1952) to see if they could help us with a completely blocked sewer line from our washer and sink to the main line going to the septic. They carefully found the main line using some high tech sounding device, dug a trench in our cement floor, and re-routed the line. When they were done, everything worked perfectly and the cement was refinished. My wife and I
could not be happier and recommend Mr. Anderson and his crew to anyone who appreciates quality and honesty. Thank you A Team!
