So now I know why they are called “Plumbing Kings”! This was the best experience with plumbers I’ve had in Las Vegas since moving here 21 years ago. They tell you exactly what they can do and can’t do. They know what’s fair, and try to get it right. I know... rare these days right? Steven and Antonio reminded me of technicians decades ago; honest work and with the knowledge to back it up. What seemed to be a typical job replacing water fill lines turned out impossible for me, requiring contortionist and plumbing skills where something old and possibly fragile had to be replaced while looking at it upside down. They not only fixed it but explained what they were doing and why, and put up with my lingering and long explanations. I don’t do many reviews, but this one had to be written. Hats off for the “Plumbing Kings”.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to TOM. He is the best plumber I have ever worked with. His communication and skills are way more than just a 5 star. Tom exceeds expectations. Joni is the gal that I also talk with over the phone and extremely help full. They help a stressful leak into a positive outcome. Cheers to the best company in town! Thank you 😊.

Air Squad Came out for a home warranty claim, within 5 minutes started a bait and switch game with us. Tried to charge us $1500 to replace our water heater (under warranty), the next day we had a legitimate plumber swap our water heater out for $1100 without being under warranty. Another home warranty scam. Don't get taken advantage of, buyer beware

Fernando was sent to my house to replace the water supply valve and to flush my tankless water heater. He was on time and text me ahead of time to let me know he’s on his way. He’s efficient and very informative, will use mc plumbing again the next time we needed service.

Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. Thanks to Nancy, Jerry and the entire team. Will be referring family and friends to this company.

Juan and his partner were great. Answered my questions even gave me tips on keeping this unit looked after. Mechanically inept here, and they helped me out perfectly. Juan even checked out a drain problem I'd have had. Will be calling back again.

Excellent water heater repair!!

i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent.

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.
