Best Drain Cleaning in North Las Vegas NV

Blue Diamond Plumbing was sent out by AHS to look at our shower faucet since it was leaking. When they arrived I mentioned to the plumber about the possibility of the cartridge being bad (it had been replaced recently, but we were suspcious that it was a dud). Right away he started talking about how it was most likely the shower valve and that was going to be very expensive to repair and AHS would most likely not cover the whole repair. I told him I understood, but asked that he double check the cartridge first. After he was done looking at the shower (all of 5 minutes) he stated the cartridge was fine and it was for sure the valve which would be very pricey. He told me he would call me by the end of the day with more information and send his report to AHS. He never called and it took 3 days and multiple phone calls from AHS to get him to send his report so we could see what would be covered. Of course AHS wasn't going to cover everything and we were quoted $650 out of pocket. We chose to take the payout from AHS for what they would cover and call another plumber to look at the shower. Turns out it was the cartridge and for $170 we no longer have a leaky shower faucet. SHAME ON BLUE DIAMOND PLUMBING for trying to scam someone who was putting their faith in their knowledge and trusted them to be honest!!!! Totally disgusting and unacceptable. I would have possibly paid $650 for an uneeded repair and still would have had a leaky faucet!

They repaired my kitchen faucet that was very loose and loosened a stuck handle on a bathroom faucet. They were very thorough and took the time to explain what they were doing and what I needed to consider for future repairs on these items. I highly recommend them and will call them in the future.

They were ok servicemen but they cut the drywall out and could have left the pieces for the drywall person to patch the holes but other then that they were pretty good.

They never answer the phone or respond to the contact us submission form/voicemails- are they still in business? Ive been calling for about a week and no response.

My home warranty company sent them out to fix my AC in Vegas where the temp is over 100 degrees. The guy comes checks the AC tells me that I need refrigerant that costs $240.00. I ask repeatedly if he's sure that is the problem and if the air would work one he was done ... he said yes repeatedly. He left ... the air DOES NOT work and the house didn't do anything but get hotter since he fixed it. I called the home warranty and complained. I called the company back to complain and they said that he would come back between 4-7pm. The tech never came back and did not answer his phone or text. Definitely got scammed out of $240.00 .

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. I would like to voice my opinion loud and clear: DO NOT USE AQUA PLUMBING in Las Vegas. They have the worst customer service snd especially Kelly is extremely rude and incompetent.

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.
