This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. Highly recommend! We recently had to replace and repair a lot of pipes around our water heater, and get our hot water re circulation system working again. Roman was in the neighborhood and stopped by for a free quote. He showed up promptly on time and got the work done quickly. It looks great, and now we have instant hot water again! They have great communication and some automated computer software which is smart phone friendly too. [ EDIT ] We had a small problem with one part of the work, and Roman came out right away to fix it for free, even thought he was here a full hour. They are a young company, but very responsible. 5 Stars.

Mario and his team are absolutely wonderful to work with. I had a few remodeling projects for him, and he went above and beyond. Mario and his team know how to solve problems by thinking outside the box and listen to what my goals and needs are. We had to take trash out of the house and when we rented the dumpster, it could not fit all the trash in it. Mario took the initiative to take care of the problem by donating a few items and compacting the trash to ensure the dumpster gets used efficiently. This may be a small gesture but goes a long way in saving me money. The work that they did in repairing/remodeling my kitchen and bathrooms was beyond expectations! They are skilled in every aspect. They are honest, ethical, sensible, and mindful to make sure there is satisfaction in whatever job that needs to be done. Keep up the great work!

I called Michelle, she scheduled the guys to come out next day, Jose arrived on time and fixed my water heater in 15 minutes. Great service as always, highly recommend these guys.

Noticed I had a very high water bill and knew something was wrong. After some self troubleshooting I knew it was a main line leak and would need a plumber. Did some hunting and came across Resolution Plumbing. They showed up exactly on time and the owner (Alex) confirmed my findings and patiently explained what he would need to do to repair it. We discussed pricing and he offered a military discount without me even having to ask.

The dig crew came out the next day and dug a trench in record time and cleaned up behind themselves. Alex came back out and installed a brand new main line and shutoff valve just as he explained. My water was only off for about two hours at most.

Alex took care of all the permits being pulled, inspector scheduling and had the trench filled back in before I even thought he would be able to. My yard appears as if it was never even touched.

This is a family business that is super kind and professional. I have found my Las Vegas plumber and will have them return if ever needed. Thank you for the easy process and peace of mind through the entire process.

I have a Direct Vent water heater, which not only provides hot water to the taps, but also provides the heat for my condo. It is an expensive but not overly common water heater, so when it started leaking I called Royalty Plumbing/Water Heater Pros.

Kristen was very helpful and gave me a quick appointment. Clark was the tech who responded. He not only did a terrific job with the new installation, but he took the time to answer all of my questions.

Well let’s start out by saying that I would not use Cobra maintenance and cleaning company if my life depended on it. They so-called gave me a veteran discount. I paid $1620 which was half for the work to be done, and they stated that money was for supplies. When I called 3/4 of the way through the project, I called to inquire about installment payments to complete the financial part. I indicated that I might not have all of the money when the job was completed. They immediately the same day pulled the workers from the job. I went out and immediately got a money order the same day for $1620,the completed amount . Also during that conversation on the phone, it was told to me that I would have to go out and purchase more supplies. The workers indicated that they should have finished the job earlier but the company was delaying supplying them supplies. In fact they use the tile that I have stockpiled in my garage and one of the workers used his materials he had for the tile in the bathroom closet. So my question is, Where did the $1620 go to, That I paid for upfront. So why was I asked to go purchase more supplies in the middle of the project.Before the job was even completed, on the same day that they pulled the workers off the job, I requested that they bring the workers back the very next morning because I would have the money order. They charged over in the afternoon and picked up the money order. So my question is, when has anyone ever asked for a complete payment when the work Has not been completed.
They play nice in the beginning to get your money, but when it comes to completing the task at hand, they failed short of my expectations. This is my humble opinion. Knowing what I know now I would’ve chose a more professional company to come in And complete the restoration for drywall, and flooring tile.

What a wonderful company that stands behind they’re work and keep theyre word .Our plumber ran into a lot of issues that other plumbers would have increased the price but this Guy said he was a man of his word and that really impressed both my wife and I.
