Best Pipe Repair in North Las Vegas NV

Blue Diamond was hired through my home warranty company. They came out quickly but we were met by a rude technician that in my opinion, it feels like he wrote the diagnosis in such a manner that the claim would be denied and then offered to fix the problem for $350 cash. I turned down that offer because it felt shady.
The technician said he would submit the claim, wait for a response from the home warranty and tell us the result. He disappeared into his truck and just drove away instead of telling us the claim was denied. (I think he did this on purpose because he figured he was not going to get the job done for cash like he wanted)
I would not recommend this company!

Kitchen sink clogged, store liquid plumber can’t fix. Chad technician plumber did a great job. Very professional, called to come earlier than scheduled appointment since running ahead of schedule. Chad explained all he was doing and even helped on a few general question as a 1st time home owner. Price is comparable to other Plumbing companies. Great experience, would recommend, a a to big projects or problems not yet. But if needed will call them back for their services

I had air conditioning checked 5/17 and was told they would email me the invoice. It is 6/15 and after
5 calls to office and 1 call to technician with 3 emails 2 to tec and 1 to office and empty promises I still do not have invoice. I need this invoice for my home warranty insurance company to prove I I am doing the maintenance. They do good work but if I can't show the invoices it will void my warranty. Do know what to do about this. Any ideas or suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks

Too bad that I have to give them 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a second opinion quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company that no further plumbing work needs to be done. Another $1900 worth of work to be exact. My contractor said, no other work is neccessary so I cancelled my appointment. Get a bill for $2200. Recap: Only HALF of the cracked pipe was replaced, no other work was done and the toilet that was pulled was never replaced yet, I recieved a bill for almost double the original guesstimate. All because I chose to go with a different contractor then the one Artie wanted me to use. Dirty, dirty tactics. I had a $50,000 flood loss on my property and they swooped in for a piece. Disgraceful. Now on top of everything I've had to deal with this mess as well.
I've had to start a complaint with the contractor's board. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress this enough.

I have completely lost confidence with this Company, as it takes 3 to 4 times to troubleshoot one issue and with cost at $160 to $300 that doesn’t result in fixing the issue.

From start to finish bru good. Myles and the main office were very good with communication, professional, and very expedient. It was a big job. It was the main water line from the street to the home. There was no wait time at all. I called on a Sunday they were out on Monday to do the work. After inspections and so forth everything was completely done by wednesday. We are very happy and would use them again and highly recommend them. And of course Myles too. Thank you Myles and Pure plumbing. Job well done.

Thistle DKI was a pleasure to work with and they did a great job. Their project manager Kaden was very responsive and his follow through to complete our project was excellent. The whole remodel process was fluid and we are very happy with the end result. I would recommend Thistle DKI to anyone doing a remodel through an insurance claim. They were knowledgeable snd helpful through the whole process.

When I informed them I didn't want to undertake the more comprehensive recommendation work, they changed their minds and offered me a different option. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you, and your team (I didn't catch his name).

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

Thank you to YES! Air Conditioning & Heating Co. I had a concern about our system. We scheduled an appt; Ivan was a delightful service tech. Very polite, very kind. He listened as I explained my concern. He checked out the system, and we were finished quickly. He changed our filters while he was here. Thanks again to everyone for a job well done

A Team sent a crew out to our old house (built 1952) to see if they could help us with a completely blocked sewer line from our washer and sink to the main line going to the septic. They carefully found the main line using some high tech sounding device, dug a trench in our cement floor, and re-routed the line. When they were done, everything worked perfectly and the cement was refinished. My wife and I
could not be happier and recommend Mr. Anderson and his crew to anyone who appreciates quality and honesty. Thank you A Team!
