They did very fast and amazing work when everyone else would have taken a few weeks they got it done in a week regarding a gas leak and inspection problem with the gas company

We had a tankless water heater installed by this wonderful company and this appointment was for regular maintenance. As expected the service was seamless, David was friendly and professional.

I had a disaster with water and they came out very quickly and were very professional. Thank goodness they were so quick!! Because of their rapidity, it looks like the floor and cabinets were not damaged from the water, which saved me $1500.00. I'm glad I called them!! Note:these people seem to do only remediation, not specifically plumbing. Check with them what they can and will do when you call!

From my first call to the completion of the work, this company was spot on. Grace, at Reception Desk was very professional and transferred me to the Owner, Robert. Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. Angel and crew were great. I had a problem with my shower, I contacted him in the evening, and the next day he was here. Angel and crew were here for less then an hour, and in that time they fixed my shower, showed me how to clean/maintain my faucets, clean/maintain my tankless water heater and answered all the random questions I had along the way. After they fixed the problem, they showed me exactly what was wrong to make sure that I was satisfied with what they did. They did not try to over sell me or rework the entire plumbing for a small problem. In House will be my go-to for any kind of plumbing work for now on. Thank you guys for all your hard work and help

Me and my husband's water bill continue to go higher so we decided to call a plumber. After talking to 3 plumbing companies, we were unhappy with their estimated price. We thought it was too high for just fixing a leak.
Towards the end of the day, I found them on google with high rated review so I gave it a go and called. Wayne answered the phone, told him our situation and told us right off the bat how much it would be and how long it would take. His knowledge and confidence about his job, won me over the phone. When he came over with his brother, he didn't disappoint us. He stayed true to his words and he knows the job. He stuck with the price we discussed on the phone and it only took them 2 hours! They don't BS you! He's a straight up honest guy who knows exactly what he's doing plus they are likeable! If you have plumbing issues, look no further...I highly recommend them!

I own a rental property in Downtown Las Vegas and I got a call from my guests staying at my property informing me of a plumbing leak in the garage. I needed plumbing repairs as fast as possible before any further water damage occurred. Apparently the water heater pipe had bursted and overflowed, flooding the concrete floor .This plumber did a live video call with me and explained everything in detail with the exact cost and was straight forward. They said they could fix the problem right then and address the water damage on the floor. Everything was resolved over the phone. I am so pleased with their service and will use them for my other properties in the area and recommend them to other property owners for sure!

Water is a precious commodity in the desert. So is a good, honest plumber. Had Mach 1 Plumbing install a new tankless water heater, water softener and reverse osmosis filter, and we've never been happier. I was recommended Cobra by a friend that had a great experience with them working in their home. When my house had water damage, they came in and worked with my insurance to put it all back together. I was getting updated through out the whole process when it was time for the next steps in the process. My home looks better then it used to before! Phil was very professional and able to explain a lot to someone who is not as versed in the trade, made sure to take the time to locate the source of the problem and apply the proper fix, and also took the time to make sure it was fixed properly. Enjoyable to talk to, and helpful. 10 out of 10 would hope to work with him on anything we may need fixed in the future. Thank you again Phil
