There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. Be sure to let them know if you are a senior or veteran.

The guy that put in my hot water heater was great, he explained everything to me and he made sure that I understood how to work my system.

I called due to my hot water heater leaking on a Saturday morning. Within 45 mins of my phone call Dave the service technician was at my door to replace my water heater. Dave noticed that my current water heater also had 3 issues that were not up to code standard. Within 1 1/2 hours I had a new hot water heater and all code issues were corrected by Dave. A half hour later I was enjoying a nice hot bath. Dave was very professional and knowledgeable with his plumbing skills. I will definitely be using this company for all my future plumbing repairs and I highly recommend this plumbing service.

Called them to handle a main line stoppage. Was told they would be here 2 hours from the time we called. Called at 2pm. They said wait another hour. Waited an hour and still no one has came. And no one is responding to the phone calls at the office. Apparently they are closed now and have after hours at 3pm. How does that work? Do not recommend.

I had someone come out to do an estimate for a job and he was there 10 minutes and just told me to get a different garbage disposal and it was $59. I was under the impression that estimates were free and when I called to schedule the estimate no one mentioned anything about the fee. I had to ask him repeatedly to give me an estimate for the job I wanted done and finally he said $750 with a questioning voice and that was after I was billed. Go with a company that does free estimates and always ask before someone comes out! Lesson learned!

Gary (assistant Mush) came to my home this morning and I have to tell you how very happy I was, not only with their professionalism but with how kind and amiable they were. Gary really listened to me before we got started, so he was able to quickly and efficiently detect the trouble and to repair it without unnecessary expense. I am breathing a huge sigh of relief and am ever so thankful! If I need to use a plumbing service again, I will not for one moment hesitate to contact 5 Star Home Services, Inc. I highly recommend. I give this no stars... TOTAL RIPPED ME OFF... Gave me an estimate of 280 dollars and that he would put in the new Fawcett for free.. Providing I put in a new drain.. I asked him a few times what that meant.... WELL, WHAT IT MEANT THAT IF HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME THE 135 DOLLARS TO PUT IN THE NEW FAWCETT, HE WILL CHARGE ME 285 DOLLARS FOR A NEW DRAIN I DIDN'T EVEN NEED......... So the 280 dollars came out to 485 dollars........ I had a whole bunch of other things needed, but just kissed them off..... Then they call me the next day to check and service my furnace.. I asked them what are they talking about.. Said I paid for it.. I asked for the money back, they said no way... They just wanted to rip me off some more trying to tell me I needed work on my service...... Stay away from these creeps...

We have known Anthony Desmoni (owner) since 2014. As you know and can appreciate good plumbers are very difficult to find in today's world. My wife and I probably went through ten different plumbers until we found Royalty. Mr. Desmoni is professional, very knowledgeable of his trade, courteous, caring and very fair. Six years with one plumber says it all. Even after the job is completed, Mr. Desmoni will call the client afterward to make sure everything is working. Where are you able to find this type of customer service these days?! If you decide to go with another plumbing company that will be your biggest mistake.
