They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

We were totally disgusted with this company, we called them because our water heater is under warranty and a technician came was fumbling to work and waited for an hour for a part to be delivered by someone from this company, charged us for 2 hours labor=$300.00 with the guarantee that there is a problem they will fix it again. The next day the same problem happens, the pilot light won't stay lit, so when we call the company again, they will send someone to FIX it and charge us again. The nerve of this company, first of all the technician didn't fix the problem after all. DON'T DON'T use this company, you'll be wasting your money, time and trust.

I just want to say thank you to Mark who answered my calls and to Jose that came to our house and completed not one but 2 different clog issues within a couple of weeks of each other . Once for our kitchen sink drain and 2nd time for our drain for the washing machine. Thank you so much!!!

This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.
