Travis and Alex were great, friendly, and professional. Woke up to no hot water again and didn’t have time to fix myself. Called Pure Plumbing first thing am, they had someone out within 3 hours. Relit the pilot and let it start to heat the water then the sizzle sizzle sizzle started. No indications of a leak on the outside but the sizzle sizzle was enough. Gave options on repair from tankless to just replace with tank style. Just had the water heater replace and we have hot water again. I didn’t have to run around, find the parts, replace the water heater, and throw away the old one. Pricing seems fair, I really didn’t compare just wanted hot water again. Was worth it for me not to have to do it after working all day. Time will tell about quality of the work but I am happy and feel it was money well spent to have hot water again. Thanks….

From my first call to the completion of the work, this company was spot on. Grace, at Reception Desk was very professional and transferred me to the Owner, Robert. Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. I had a nightmare of an experience with a local plumbing company here in Las Vegas. After much frustration and being fed up for an entire weekend I decided to give Catania & Son a call. I knew Wayne from his previous work at my condo and he showed up on time to install a new dishwasher. After the dishwasher install Wayne went right to work to take care of the debacle under the kitchen sink that the previous installer poorly put in.

Here is a list of everything Wayne had to fix from the previous company:

1.) Strainer was bad on the right side of the sink.
2.) No caulking around garbage disposal and sink strainers.
3.) P-trap arm was too short and this caused leaks because they forced it over to tighten the nut. This led to a strain on the pipes which caused a small leak that would have gotten worse.
4.) Used silicone around sink which looked awful…. Should have used white caulking.
5.) Lastly, a dishwasher install is a plumber’s install (a dishwasher like a water heater is a plumbing fixture). ***I was told by the previous plumbing company that they do not install dishwashers***

I am happy to say Wayne got everything fixed for a very good price. Garbage disposal runs like a champ, caulking looks dynamite, the pipes underneath look like a million bucks, and lastly, no leaks anywhere!

I am so impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Raphael and Luis who came and saved the day with our A/C. This company has been so wonderful to deal with. They are on time and excellent with their communications and extremely courteous.

I would like to voice my opinion loud and clear: DO NOT USE AQUA PLUMBING in Las Vegas. They have the worst customer service snd especially Kelly is extremely rude and incompetent.

He listened as I explained my concern. He checked out the system, and we were finished quickly. He changed our filters while he was here. Thanks again to everyone for a job well done
