Me and my husband's water bill continue to go higher so we decided to call a plumber. After talking to 3 plumbing companies, we were unhappy with their estimated price. We thought it was too high for just fixing a leak.
Towards the end of the day, I found them on google with high rated review so I gave it a go and called. Wayne answered the phone, told him our situation and told us right off the bat how much it would be and how long it would take. His knowledge and confidence about his job, won me over the phone. When he came over with his brother, he didn't disappoint us. He stayed true to his words and he knows the job. He stuck with the price we discussed on the phone and it only took them 2 hours! They don't BS you! He's a straight up honest guy who knows exactly what he's doing plus they are likeable! If you have plumbing issues, look no further...I highly recommend them!

Aqua plumbing scheduled an appointment with me, showed up on time, and performed the repair. They installed a water filtration system and pricing was very fair. I would am glad I went with a licensed plumber. Our previous plumber took our funds and never came back. For someone that doesn’t have any plumbing background, the plumber that was sent out walked me through what he was doing and made me feel comfortable with this company. Because they were so great to work with I set them up to come out and change my water softener at a later date. They did a great job getting it done quickly and professionally. I got a new compressor and condenser installed on July 4th, 2023 and it's had issues since being installed. To date it's frozen 3 times. BUT every time I've called, a tech has immediately been sent out to service my issue. I must say that I was a bit skeptical and felt like maybe I was getting the run around or wasn't being told the real issues with the unit. Of course I don't know what the readings on the unit mean, as most other people not trained in the field also wouldn't. I do have a friend who was an AC Tech so he said he'd come over while they were here to see if they could figure out what was going on. The owner Mike, and Mike the tech who installed it showed up and took the time to go through everything in the system, along with my friend. And what they said was spot on, and unfortunately everyone is stumped! I expressed my frustration and concern to the owner, Mike, and he reassured me that they would take care of me and even extended the labor warranty, alongside the product warranty through the manufacturer. I do feel 100% better knowing that the info I'm being told is correct as verified by a uninterested third party. Unfortunately in this industry, there's a level of distrust because many of us have been taken for a ride with various companies. But these guys took a look at everything, answered every question, and even provided personal contact info to reach out directly should something fail. I must say my anxiety, concern and frustration has subsided and my trust in their abilities is once again restored. Great guys bringing great energy; I'm very grateful.

I had never had a leak in my water heater, but I decided to try it anyhow after reading this company's rating. They provided me with cheap repair service for the issue with my water heater.

Had misfortune of using this vile company to repair a leak in my home. They arrived 2 hours after the estimated time and seemed to be lolligagging after 45 minutes. They asked to take a break. I went outside to
grab something from my car and it looked like they were doing hard core drugs (meth), While literally sitting in front of my home. My kids were home, so I immediately ended the appointment. They were rude and abusive I’m certain I heard one of the men use the n word. And my bathroom is still leaking, and they had the nerve to ask for payment. Never again!
