Carlos was amazing! Came the same day I noticed the leak and was able to replace my water heater with the exact one I wanted. He was very efficient and made sure to clean up after everything was done. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything that was going to be done prior to the service. I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

I have used the services of Las Vegas Handyman on several different occasions over the last year and a half. I have called them about everything from plumbing (repairs and installation) to woodwork (mantel rebuild/flooring install) and electrical/lighting repairs and also locksmith services and water heater replacement.

I keep going back to this company because they are professional, knowledgeable, reliable and most importantly - trustworthy. I have never felt I was being “sold” or “talked” into anything. Recently I have had a string of luck finding companies to service my home. Some no shows, others a lack of professionalism and timing. In fact I had scheduled another water company to come out and service my system and they were a no show. Fortunately, I called Serv-All and from the customer service rep to the technician it was a first class professional service. Efficient and extremely communicative. I was given a window of time, then a half hour before the technician arrived, I was provided a text and an email with the technicians name. Work was completed efficiently and the technician was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. So if you need a water system or one serviced save yourself some hassle and contact Serv-All.

This lady, Andrea I think her name was, who was very helpful on the phone. I didn’t mind the others that answered their phones to me, but this lady was by far super helpful and funny to interact with. The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.

Well first the guy could not even find my place not mentioning any names lol how ever he was honestly very helpful and has good communication so I did give boss the job day of the job tech was on time and fixed the problem quick and well done how ever when he left my toilet was not working so fixed one thing while another thing broke The lady on phone acted as if the was no relation toilet never had a problem any how I called tech to see if he could come back instead he wanted me to finish the work on the phone I just wanted job done with no hassle I paid cash and five doller tip he wanted good review on Yelp on did not even complete the full engagement when I called back he fixed it then told me I was not welcome to call them lol I’m greatful he fixed it people if u pay cash b weary cuz once they have it u can not file a claim pay credit with this company
