Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy. Contacted Silver state to get a quote on a sump pump. Matthew and his colleague were patient, polite, professional, respectful, extremely knowledgeable and very matter of fact. While at our home, he uncovered faulty / defective pipes and stated that the manufacturer of these pipes had been involved in a class action lawsuit - we have had numerous plumbers come through our home in the time we’ve lived here and none brought up the potential severity of the situation with us. Matthew took the time to show me the defect(s), went through and showed me the class action lawsuit, and wrote up a very detailed work order and went through it with me line by line. I hugely appreciate the honesty, integrity and the time Matthew spent explaining everything to me. I would recommend Silver State, and especially Matthew for any of your plumbing needs

Had my AC go out around 11 am and called Simply Air. Was told the service call would be $25, but will be applied towards any service if I was to have one done. Tech came in about 45 minutes, with a mask on. He was here about 1 hour earlier than what I was told. I was happy, since the high was forecast to be 108 degrees. Bobby was very pleasant and professional. Called me sir many times. Within 20 minutes, he had diagnose the problem and gave me a quote. I thought it was very reasonable and went with it. He had it done in about 20 minutes and told me what I can do in the future to prevent it from happening again.
