Air conditioner is fixed. Two separate issues and Vadym came back to repair second issue when he could have waited until next week. Very satisfied

I have been a customer of Pure Plumbing since 2015. They are reliable, helpful and very professional. I particularly want to give a shout out to Devin, the customer service rep, who answered a few questions that I had and took care of me today. He is super helpful and got back to me quickly after researching my question for me.

Had a tech come out to fix leaking AC that caused damage. Was charged money and nothing got fixed. Was told they would be back the following day with the parts needed for the job. They did a no call no show. I had to reach out to them after the appointed time to find out where my tech was. I was told the parts would not be in till days later. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and inform me that no one was coming or that they were waiting on parts. Taking our business elsewhere and waiting for a refund.

These people are the BEST! We've been using them so many times and they never fail to amaze us! Their quality of work is excellent! The integrity of these people are amazing! They answer right away when we call them! They are always ready to help and they don't take advantage of people and always happy! I recommend R&R!100% you will be happy you call them! Thank you guys soooo much for all your help!!!

I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price.

The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job!

The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend.

The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner.

All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete.

I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase.

I had a water leak from the ceiling of my garage which is right below my master bathroom shower. I called my home warranty company and they scheduled me with this company. Garry came and one other guy and they started thermo-imaging to show where the wet area was and went up stairs to look at my bathroom. Without opening up any drywall, Garry told me the shower tile was the issue(incorrect installation) and not the plumbing or drain. But the tile was with the house since 2004 and never had an issue till now. He told me to contact the home owner's insurance right away while he was there so he can help coach me with what to tell the insurance company in order to get my case accepted. He told me his office knows how to pull more money out of insurance companies and warned me to call right away to avoid any potential mold issues. He was very good with make it sound very urgent and that it was a huge problem with the water leak and estimated a cost up to 20K-30K or more, and he also told me if I didn't call the insurance company right away they might deny my claim and I would have to pay out of pocket. Luckily my gut feeling was telling me something didn't sound right so I told him to leave his contact number and leave. He left the authorization for service form for me and told me to sign and send it back to him after I receive the insurance claim number ( I attached photo of the form to this review and it's full of nonsense). I later found out that he reported to my home owner's warranty company saying it wasn't a plumbing issue so my warranty was denied. I called a plumbing company and they confirmed that it was a leak coming from the drain and piping so total cost to fix the issue was $650 NOT 20K-30K Because of this company my home warranty was denied when it actually was a plumbing issue.

Have worked with this company for years. They have always been on time and priced reasonable. Would recommend them and have to others.

Googled plumbers for an urgent need and they had Brian call me right away (on a Saturday). Very professional, took time and fixed our kitchen sink problem promptly that same day. Extremely pleased with their service. Brain was exceptional, explained the situation thoroughly. Would recommend their service to anyone.

Brandon M came by bright and early, with a good attitude to get the job done. Sent me pics of all the measurements he took of my unit, and was very polite and professional. Will be using Best Air in the future for all my AC needs. Job well done.

They were prompt in responding and very efficient. Kerwin Lacson was friendly and took time to clearly explain what the problem was and how he proposed to fix it.
