Best Repair in North Las Vegas NV

Blue Diamond Plumbing was sent out by AHS to look at our shower faucet since it was leaking. When they arrived I mentioned to the plumber about the possibility of the cartridge being bad (it had been replaced recently, but we were suspcious that it was a dud). Right away he started talking about how it was most likely the shower valve and that was going to be very expensive to repair and AHS would most likely not cover the whole repair. I told him I understood, but asked that he double check the cartridge first. After he was done looking at the shower (all of 5 minutes) he stated the cartridge was fine and it was for sure the valve which would be very pricey. He told me he would call me by the end of the day with more information and send his report to AHS. He never called and it took 3 days and multiple phone calls from AHS to get him to send his report so we could see what would be covered. Of course AHS wasn't going to cover everything and we were quoted $650 out of pocket. We chose to take the payout from AHS for what they would cover and call another plumber to look at the shower. Turns out it was the cartridge and for $170 we no longer have a leaky shower faucet. SHAME ON BLUE DIAMOND PLUMBING for trying to scam someone who was putting their faith in their knowledge and trusted them to be honest!!!! Totally disgusting and unacceptable. I would have possibly paid $650 for an uneeded repair and still would have had a leaky faucet!

These two young men assessed my property’s water issue and didn’t try to up-sell me and instead they remained honest with integrity. Will use Jordan again.

i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent.

Three words for my 2nd experience with this locally owned and operated plumbing contractor - ACCESSIBLE , RELIABLE and PROFESSIONAL. MCP responded immediately to our leaking water heater and again, after a leaking toilet which turned out to be a cracked tank. In my 25 years here dealing with contractors of every kind, it's not uncommon to feel ripped off or taken advantage of when you're in a vulnerable situation. Got water heater replaced same day of leak that prevented water damage to living area and replaced toilet at my convenience. Both Homero and Fernando did professional work with warranty on repairs. So, I removed my former plumber and retired master plumbers phone #s from my contacts and installed MC Plumbing's phone number for our future plumbing issues. Gave honest feedback to owner on 1st experience and appreciated being heard and getting an honest humble reply. Yeah, it's hard to find honest, reliable and fair contractors in so. First person I spoke with was Julie who scheduled our appointment. Friendly, kind, jovial, and knowledgeable. The plumber was Landon. Very nice and knowledgeable and fixed our problem sink faucet without any problems. Also, my jaw hit the floor at the cost of services. They’re more than fair with pricing. Finally a business in this town that wants to service rather than con you out of money for nothing. I recently had a plumbing company charge close to $400.00 to come out fix a leak. They couldn’t find it then left. Pure has got a new customer.

We experienced a water event that we decided to report to our Insurance Company, Allstate. Thank goodness they had Thistle come out immediately. I cannot say enough about this company. They assessed the damage ($14,000), provided mitigation and an estimate to do the repairs plus upgrades. Although we could have chosen our own contractor for restoration/remodel, we were so impressed by their staff, work ethic and professionalism we decided to have them do everything. It is a process and some things take more time (Kera Bath did the new bathroom showers/enclosures, countertops) but in the end we do not have one complaint. Kayden, our Project Manager, immediately responded to any messages from me. We could not be happier and give them a 5 Star Rating.

This was the first time I've used the electrician side of YES. Glad I did. They arrived within an hour of my call. The technician Sean was great! Friendly & courteous! He fixed the electrical issue I was having quickly at a fair price. I'd recommend these folks!

A Team sent a crew out to our old house (built 1952) to see if they could help us with a completely blocked sewer line from our washer and sink to the main line going to the septic. They carefully found the main line using some high tech sounding device, dug a trench in our cement floor, and re-routed the line. When they were done, everything worked perfectly and the cement was refinished. My wife and I
could not be happier and recommend Mr. Anderson and his crew to anyone who appreciates quality and honesty. Thank you A Team!

Simply horrible came out to do a job. Has dropped the ball so many times it doesn't make any sense. Extremely unreliable. 15 minute job has been made to take 2 weeks. What ever happened to the customer? This is sad.
