Had a shower valve installed by number 1 plumbing, the technician had very poor communication did not let us know what was going on. He was walking in and out of my home and not communicating and telling us what was happening, if he was getting parts, or getting what was needed ready to be installed or if he was leaving or anything. when I asked questions (because I am a service/mechanical plumber) it seemed like he blew me off and gave me very short responses. For example when I asked him if he will be cutting into the wall behind to replace he said do not worry about it. Overall not satisfied with my time with number 1 plumbing

I would like to voice my opinion loud and clear: DO NOT USE AQUA PLUMBING in Las Vegas. They have the worst customer service snd especially Kelly is extremely rude and incompetent.

So relieved we found Valleywide to detect and fix our pool leak! We knew we had leak for a few months now but had a hard time determining where it was coming from - it progressively got worse the last couple weeks- losing about an inch of water a day. Plaster and equipment is all fairly new - about a year old but the pool itself is about 30 years old. Our pool guy wasn't able to determine where the leak was coming from so I contacted another pool leak detection I found on google with a lot more reviews.. he came out and spent about 30 minutes fiddling around before telling me he had to leave and gave no indication where leak might be. So I gave Valleywide a call - they set up a time to come find the leak. Super professional, efficient and reasonably priced. They found the leak in about 30-40 min. They were able to schedule a time to fix the leak as well later in the week but did not pressure me at all to schedule it with them. A pipe had cracked right where they detected. The job took a few hours and we are not losing any water now. With all the flaky people out there don't waste your time - use Valleywide for your pool leak detection!

They were sent through American Home Shield Warranty to fix 2 leaks. He came to address 2 leaks and left with 7 leaks and running water and the kitchen pipes in pieces and an up sell. He left the water running upstairs and it would not shut off. I went upstairs after he left and found water from the sink and underneath.
I called the company. They put me on hold and hung up on me. I called back and they did not answer.

The young man tried but he seemed new to the field and should have had been under an experienced plumber's wing. I blame the company and warranty more so. Especially after Air squad hung up on me and evaded my call. That is what was most upsetting. That is why I may file with governmental oversight.

I ended up ditching this AHS that sends unprofessional incompetent contractors and calling a professional plumber. He fixed the leaks and his mess in less than 30 minutes.

I requested a refund from AHS. I was advised to file suit. I am considering my options and considering filing complaint with the State, County, and City.

I requested an estimate to replace sink handle flanges that sit on top of the bathroom sink. They corroded over time from the water. Instead, I was told I needed to replace the lines underneath the sink, and was given an estimate for installing a complete new faucet assembly for the 2 bathroom sinks. The estimate for this unsolicited work came to $1,350.00. This did not include the new faucet assembly which I would have purchased at Home Depot if I was unable to find the flanges. I did not need the new faucet assembly for 2 sinks; I only needed to replace the flanges can be purchased for $9.00 ea online. Moral of the story; be aware because the owner tried to tell me they are required to inform customers lines when needs to be replaced and made excuses for this outrageous estimate. Fine, but the lines are not dripping or leaking at all, and all I asked for was to replace the flanges. Instead, it was a completely different encounter wherein the estimator wanted to up sell parts, and labor, that I did not request in the first place! Now the owner will come back with some B.S. but this information has been posted so others are aware of the chicanery that may occur when you request an estimate.

Every experience from the first call to the company all the way through to the end of the installation was terrific. Jason was polite, knowledgeable, informative and professional. Continually told me what he was doing and asked if I had any questions. They will be my first call for any future needs.

The work was done to my complete satisfaction. The project mgr Joe was great to work with. The painter/ Edgar and the gentleman who did base boards were professional and punctual and usually early. I would recommend Thistle DKI and would use them again without hesitation.

A Team sent a crew out to our old house (built 1952) to see if they could help us with a completely blocked sewer line from our washer and sink to the main line going to the septic. They carefully found the main line using some high tech sounding device, dug a trench in our cement floor, and re-routed the line. When they were done, everything worked perfectly and the cement was refinished. My wife and I
could not be happier and recommend Mr. Anderson and his crew to anyone who appreciates quality and honesty. Thank you A Team!
