We quickly discovered the 1 1/2 main water line while having a hole dug for some large palm trees... it was Saturday. A quick run to lowes told us that 1 1/2 inch pex pipe was not a simple fix... not only did lowes not carry the pipe we needed, but the tool to do the fittings was about $2500!!! I called Ferguson pipe supply and they recommended Code Red. I gave them a call, and Jerry came out and was able to fix our busted line, and route it around the hole so that we could still put in our palm tree, within 20-30 minutes of getting the parts. Very happy, and very pleased. He went out of his way to give us extra service, and had a CAN DO attitude. THANKYOU

As a small business owner I am aware of the impact these reviews can have on a business and tend to not post anything bad but this story I have to share.
I called Aqua Plumbing to professionally repair/replace a leaky PVC Compression Coupling on a main line. The office lady (very nice) informed me of their rate $131/hour + parts; I agreed and scheduled the visit. The plumber arrived as scheduled did the repair and left. Here is the interesting part.
The pipe was already dug out, he just got the water out of the hole, tightened up the same compression coupling (did not replace it), spent 45 min to watch if it still leaks, left and charged $262.
Apparently Aqua Plumbing starts their timer when the plumber leaves his house (which was not disclosed during during the initial phone call), you pay him at a full rate of $131/hour for all the drive time, then the repair time and the time he spends watching dirt dry (45 minutes). BTW who watches a coupling for 45 minutes to see if it still leaks?
Anyways, the initial bill was $262 to tighten the old compression coupling - the office manager was again nice to me and dropped the bill to $131 after we spoke.

After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!
