Have been using them for about 5 years now on numerous different plumbing issues i’ve had since purchasing my home and I would never even consider looking anywhere else when i need plumbing work done. Prompt service Johnathan came out in 2 hours after calling the company. He was very professional and didn't overcharge for the job. He was very nice to us. I would definitely call Dignity Plumbing in the futur for all my Plumbing issues. The girl in the office was also really nice and set up the appointment for 2 hours later.

Efficient and friendly service! Replaced our broken garbage disposal in about 30min. Arrived on time. I’d strongly recommend them.

On 12/26/18, I had a technician named Jay come to fix my water heater. He told me a peice was bad and that I needed to order a new one. I paid 110.00 in cash that day. After 2 days the new peice arrived and Jay came to install it. While installing it, he didnt close the water line and flooded my laundry room and kitchen. That also soaked the new peice. Needless to say, I was left once again with no hot water. He said he would attempt to find and purchase the new part and come back. I began texting him hoping to get some resolution and hot water but was ignored after day 2. I eventually found a new company and after 2 weeks of no hot water I finally got it fixed. Your company wasted my time and made the aggravation of no hot water in the middle of winter even worse. I have a copy of the receipt. At minimum, I would like a refund of the 110.00 that I paid in cash.

I have written them numerous times and still have not gotten a response.

They responded to this saying they aren't the correct company. I have the invoice! Lol nice try.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
