Had a shower valve installed by number 1 plumbing, the technician had very poor communication did not let us know what was going on. He was walking in and out of my home and not communicating and telling us what was happening, if he was getting parts, or getting what was needed ready to be installed or if he was leaving or anything. when I asked questions (because I am a service/mechanical plumber) it seemed like he blew me off and gave me very short responses. For example when I asked him if he will be cutting into the wall behind to replace he said do not worry about it. Overall not satisfied with my time with number 1 plumbing

i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent.

Very friendly and they communicated well. They showed up on time. Went over everything with me. They found a couple of leaks in our pool plumbing system above ground and marked them for the plumber doing the repairs.
They were also very reasonably priced.

A/C system went out and Air Squad was able to fix same day. Price was fair and lower then estimate I got from other companies. Will recommend to my friends and family.

The services that I received was an installation of a Water Softener and Conditioner as well as a Reverse Osmosis system. What made me choose Pure Plumbing was the Reviews. I was referred by my colleague's to go with other companies but the “others” didn’t have the amount of great reviews that Pure Plumbing has. To set up a call back from the online form from their website was painless. I got a call back first thing in the morning by their amazing customer service department and they helped set up an appointment for me within a couple of days which was the soonest. Honestly wasn’t a problem for me at all. My service technician was Brian G. He texted me about 45 minutes out that he would be arriving which was really great. The ability to see who I was expecting was a nice touch. Kudos for that. He was very professional through out the whole process from beginning to end. Pure Plumbing and Brian also took great lengths to be prepared for Covid. He arrived with a mask already in-use. He also brought shoe coverings to be careful not to dirty or scuff my flooring. Brian had also suggested some price estimates of water softener systems with and without an RO system at a pretty decent price. Of course I went with the RO system because everyone drinks water and Lessening the use of plastic bottles is a must. Brian did the install within a few hours all by himself which is quite impressive. I have an elevated platform where my water heater sits and new softener and conditioner system sit, and I’m pretty sure those filter tanks aren’t light.All in all I would suggest Pure Plumbing to everyone. The service and professionalism throughout the company is top notch quality. Brian also educated me on some plumbing which is great knowledge to have because not even my builder told me about the things he educated me on. Thank You to Pure Plumbing for creating a mighty fine business and employing great people. Thistle DKI, their managers, supervisors and employees are professional and responsive. They did an excellent job from start to finish on our building repairs due to a vehicle accident. We recommend them and we will definitely use them in the future.

A Team sent a crew out to our old house (built 1952) to see if they could help us with a completely blocked sewer line from our washer and sink to the main line going to the septic. They carefully found the main line using some high tech sounding device, dug a trench in our cement floor, and re-routed the line. When they were done, everything worked perfectly and the cement was refinished. My wife and I
could not be happier and recommend Mr. Anderson and his crew to anyone who appreciates quality and honesty. Thank you A Team!

Simply horrible came out to do a job. Has dropped the ball so many times it doesn't make any sense. Extremely unreliable. 15 minute job has been made to take 2 weeks. What ever happened to the customer? This is sad.
