I cannot speak highly enough of Blue Diamond plumbing! Everyone we've seen has been so professional and honest. Andy and Taran are the best! When another company told our home warranty company we had abused the toilet and they wouldn't cover it, Andy came out as a second opinion and fixed it in under an hour! Again, we needed a second opinion and Taran came out when above and beyond to help diagnose our leak. Even the lady in the office is so patient and kind. We would not hesitate to recommend Blue Diamond Plumbing!

Bid way too high. Found another plumber and saved over $500. Second plumber included another hours work fixing a leak in my washing machine faucet.

Justin was very courteous and professional. He answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly and did a great job installing our new faucet. We would hire him again for any future plumbing work.

After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. This was on a Monday morning and by noon they were at my house with a water heater of my choice to install. They were professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I recommend them highly!

From my first call to the completion of the work, this company was spot on. Grace, at Reception Desk was very professional and transferred me to the Owner, Robert. I had air conditioning checked 5/17 and was told they would email me the invoice. It is 6/15 and after
5 calls to office and 1 call to technician with 3 emails 2 to tec and 1 to office and empty promises I still do not have invoice. I need this invoice for my home warranty insurance company to prove I I am doing the maintenance. They do good work but if I can't show the invoices it will void my warranty. Do know what to do about this. Any ideas or suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks
