From my first call to the completion of the work, this company was spot on. Grace, at Reception Desk was very professional and transferred me to the Owner, Robert. Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

I have used Rakeman many times in the past and will use them in the future for all of our plumbing needs. They have cleaned our drains, replaced pipes in the walls and underground, fixed bathroom problems and more. They always show up fast and do the job neat and quick. Prime Plumbing installed 45’ of new underground 1 1/2” P.E gas pipe from existing meter to our new pool heater. Jorge & Roman were on time, worked very diligent & answered all of my questions. Vania is a great project manager through scheduling city inspectors, emailing the permits and she has amazing follow up. Prime Plumbing is highly recommended and they beat out the competition on price by 20%!! I will definitely use Prime Plumbing again!! Thanks again!

I had a problem with my toilet in master bathroom; Angel returned my call the same day and came to assess the situation (2 days later..my earliest availability). He knew what was wrong and went to get the replacement part. Lowe's nor Home Depot had the part I needed; but Angel had found out Amazon sold the part. I ordered it and 2 days later, even with two other jobs pending, Angel arrived early and replaced the part. He is so personable and professional-knows what he's doing and took a look at a few other things for me. Angel is an ANGEL!!! Will always reach out to In Home Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Love these guys. My pool is leaking, I had two previous people out to correct the problem, both diagnosed incorrectly and made and charged me for repairs that didn't correct the problem. Called Affordable leak detection, spoke with Wayne. He and his brother showed up exactly when they said they would, knew exactly what to do, correctly identified and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price I was happy to pay.

Great service! They came in a mask. Both Walter and Albert were kind , respectful of home and explaining everything. The toilet needed parts replace and they did it ASAP! Also encouraged me saying I can work on other toilets without an issue. I’m a female so I thought I could have a problem. Will definitely use em again!
